In the Bible it’s says that you should not ever wear a mix of fabrics, seems like the Bible is right again

Wonder how much impact this has on our sleep if we sleep on cotton sheets.

Idk, I have a grounding sheet on my bed now. I will be sorting my clothing and bed sheets at some point.

Just don't wear cotton and wool together as they cancel each other out

Shopping for linen!

Since 2014, I've slept on only linen sheets and worn only linen clothing. It gets a little spendy because you have to order from Etsy, and all the beautiful linen comes from the Eastern bloc countries. So worth it.

It also makes perfect sense. Wool is for cold weather. Linen for warm weather. Why would one even have the occasion to wear both at the same time?

Although I am super active for being in my mid 50's I do wear a lot of polyester shirts and according to studies I have just read polyester is one of the worst. I gues I need a bunch of New shirts..lol

Interesting how the bible also mentions linen. (I Kings 10, II Chronicles Chapters 2 and 3), some of which was imported from Egypt. Solomon also used linen for his bedding (Proverbs 7:16). 🙃😉
