Coimbatore Metro can only be reconsidered by updating the CMP followed by fresh DPR. CMP 2022 estimated the phpdt in avinishi road will be 14100 in 2052 but in 2026 itself, we have reached phpdt of 13750+. This impacts State size and layout, composition of rolling.
