ग़ज़ब रैकेट चल रहा है भई…. पुलिस का काम होता है आम जनता के बीच सुरक्षा और सद्भावना पैदा करना न कि ग़ैरक़ानूनी तरीक़े से मनमानी करना। @Dev_Fadnavis जी, पूरा देश जानता है ये बात, कि महिलाओं के मामलों में किस तरह से क़ानून का दुरुपयोग कर निर्दोष लोगों को परेशान किया जाता है। समस्या की तीव्रता तब और अधिक हो जाती है जब पुलिस इसमें मनमानी कर एक पक्ष को फ़ायदा पहुँचाती है। पुणे के इस केस में शिकायतकर्ता एक सीरियल रेप केस फ़ाइलर है। ऐसी क्या जल्दी थी कि सभी बातों को दरकिनार कर @PuneCityPolice को बगैर नोटिस दिए परिवार के ऐसे व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार करना पड़ा जिसका नाम बाद में जोड़ा गया है? ऐसे कौन से बड़े कांटेक्ट्स होते हैं इन “सीरियल रेप केस ऑफेंडर्स औरतों” के कि पुलिस इनकी उँगलियों पे नाचती है? पुलिस भी काफ़ी अच्छे से जानती है कि ऐसे केसेज़ में पैसों की उगाही की जाती है। पूरी दुनिया कहती है की पुलिसवाले इस तरह के केसेज़ में रिश्वत का मोटा पैसा खाते हैं। इस मामले की निष्पक्ष जाँच होनी चाहिए, और दोषी पुलिसकर्मियों एवं “बड़े कांटेक्ट्स रखने वाली सीरियल रेप केस फ़ाइलर औरत” के विरुद्ध कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। @CMOMaharashtra @CPPuneCity @Devendra_Office

There are bad apples everywhere, for release of the ones arrested, someone will demand money and that gets distributed.. That's how the system works.. Without women who are their salesguys, how would the system function?

Last time i read about a case where an NRI’s was put on a look out and detained at airport since his wife went and filed a false case in Pune . Finally after years the Hon SC told him to pay 12 crores against a claim of 2500 cr. The woman was his second wife and he hadn’t stayed with her even for a week. This is a racket.
