@tyrelle123 We are dividing Australia by race We are giving a small group of people, the right to determine if you are allowed to dig a post hole! That small minority will charge $160 per hour to consult and maybe approve how farmer will farrow the land anything more than 5cm they consult on

Happened to a friend of mine down Portarlington way in Victoria. He was told that it may be subject to Local Aboriginal Inspection and guess what they found something ... it cost him $3000 for each small area (x3) they said was sacred land. Once he paid the 'Sacred' went away.
