He stares at his hands because he checks his missing wedding ring (the ring mark is visible), then tries to feel where the ring used to be. Today was not a normal day My friend went to his palm plantation like every other morning… calm,focused not knowing something was already watching him. Unknown to him a snake had spotted him first from the top of a palm tree. Before he could even react, it rushed down through the branches, struck him and tried to escape back up. Everything happened in second Luckily,the snake was killed before it disappeared but the real battle had just begun. I didn’t waste time,I rushed him out immediately to get help in a traditional way Moments like this remind you how unpredictable nature can be.Not every danger comes crawling on the ground… some are watching from above. But this could have gone very differently. If you were in that situation,what would you do first rush to the hospital or try traditional remedies? Who can guess what kind of snake this is?

It’s been said that 95% of adults over 30 will probably never sprint again. And I understand why. Most guys try it once after years of only lifting weights and then something snaps. They tweak a hamstring, flare up an old knee injury, or strain a calf. And decide, "My body just can’t do this anymore.” But that’s not true. Your body just lost the qualities required to sprint safely. Power Mobility Coordination Tissue tolerance. Tendon stiffness The solution isn’t avoiding sprinting. The solution is rebuilding your capacity in a gradual way. At 49, this is how I approach sprinting now: 1. Mobility before every session 2. Plyometrics before speed work 3. Short hill accelerations first 4. Low volume at first 5. Long rest periods 6. Lift weights consistently 7. Progress slowly The goal isn’t exhaustion. It's to reclaim your athleticism. Because sprinting isn’t just an exercise. It’s one of the most powerful signals of youth, power and resilience your body can express. If you feel like your athletic days are behind you, they aren’t. Two things. First I should finish watching a video before I make comments on it. I didn’t realize Candace herself says the camera was on the inside of his shirt in 2025. Candace Charlie wasn’t an idiot. He knew why they were putting it on the inside of the shirt. Don’t you think he’d be a part of the change on how it was worn? He was Not a frog. Smh. And second. If her followers still believe her after the second video here where the demonstrator puts it on the way Charlie has it on there’s no helping them. But did you guys see her face. She knew her team had F’d up and put too much info out there. Lmao. Candace that sucked for you but your face was priceless. You were so pissed they let it run that long. When she does the little sniff it’s a sign she’s mad, happens every time. Remember she did it when Elizebeth said she had a dream about Charlie? Is someone getting fired?

With the MLB draft coming up in 21 days, it's time to start prepping some of these guys to transition into pro ball! I fully expect to hear Ariston Veasey's name called EARLY this year. It's easy to see why: ✅ Sits 95 mph ✅ Tops 98 mph ✅ 20" IVB fastball (cut-ride 👀) ✅ Nasty slider ✅ ~60% whiff rate ✅ 32% K rate ✅ .138 BAA ✅ Absolute DOG on the mound The crazy part? Ariston is new to pitching! Not kidding. He had 10 innings in his entire life before I started coaching him last year. He's an elite athlete who is easy to coach because he can actually make adjustments if cued the right way. He dominated hitters this year with only 2 pitches. They're both elite and will play in pro ball. However, the untapped potential here is the best part. I've seen him throw changeups literally one time, and he threw some of the best ones I've ever seen. See for yourself in the first 3 pitches in the bullpen video. The kid's just got it. Ceiling is on mars. MLB orgs, DM me for more info on Mr. Veasey

49ers training camp practice #2 is in the books. Here are some of the highlights: 🏈De'Zhaun Stribling is getting OPEN — catch-and-run house call from Mac Jones with those long 4.36 strides... The rookie also created separation down the seam on a ball Purdy overshot. Stribling caught a nice one from Purdy on an early rollout 🏈New CB Jack Jones has looked spry, but Ricky Pearsall cooked him on a double move — Jones misfired but that was some "wow" separation. Purdy later hit Pearsall for what might've been a catch-and-run TD 🏈Excellent Renardo Green leaping PBU 🏈CMC has a lot of juice to begin this camp. Jordan James got most of the work behind him early in this practice, but the back half featured more of rookie Kaelon Black. He had a muscle-on-muscle collision with Marques Sigle early 🏈Ji'Ayir Brown notched an acrobatic diving INT off a shorter pass from Purdy, who bounced back immediately with a chunk gainer to Mike Evans. Even with Christian Kirk (calf strain) sideline, the 49ers' WR corps already looks worlds ahead of last season's 🏈Vet CB Eli Apple, entering Year 11, notched a pick 6 off Kurtis Rourke on a pass intended for Junior Bergen. Rourke rebounded with a nice seam shot to Jordan Watkins for a long gain, and then Rourke and Bergen bounced back with a long TD connection to end practice that fired up the onlooking first teamers 🏈Fred Warner looks like Fred Warner.
