We really need more direct primary care offices and physician owned hospitals and cut the corrupt insurance and government out as much as possible.

Physicians will be angry, some will sell, some will try and supplement other ways, some will retire or cut down, most will go back the next day and continue to do what they do. Residency does a good job of such resilience.

Aren’t most of the MA brokers private?
