CNBC asked about mining stocks. The answer was basically, “We avoid businesses without cash flow.” That tells you how misunderstood this sector still is. Many investors are using an old playbook while today’s metal prices are turning miners into cash flow machines.

JUST IN: Bank of America just told its clients to take profits. About 70% of its bear-market signals are flashing, a level it typically reaches only near market tops. Weeks earlier, BofA's own fund manager survey showed the largest one-month jump into stocks ever recorded, with cash down to 3.9%, under the 4% line the bank treats as a sell signal. Read those together. Investors made their biggest dash into equities in the survey's history at almost the exact moment BofA's own indicators say the top is near. But the number that should actually stop you is buried in the note, and almost nobody is quoting it. The companies driving this entire rally, the AI hyperscalers, are on track to spend nearly 100% of their operating cash flow on capex by year-end. In 2023 that figure was 40%. Sit with that. Big tech used to throw off cash and hand it back through buybacks, which lifted the stocks. Now it is pouring almost every dollar it generates into chips and data centers. BofA notes buybacks have slowed and cash conversion has flat-lined. The engine of the rally is consuming the fuel that powered the stocks. It is the same $725 billion build that companies are now blaming for layoffs. The whole market is priced on one bet, and that bet has grown large enough to eat the cash that used to support the share prices. This is not a crash call. BofA's year-end target is 7,100, about 4% below today, and the median outcome after this cash signal since 2011 has been a 1% dip, not a collapse. The posts screaming sell everything are wrong. The real message is quieter. You are being paid less and less to stay, while the engine runs hotter and hotter.

THIS IS WHY YOU WILL LOSE MONEY IN THE STOCK MARKET CHASING HYPE! $IONQ, $RGTI, $LAES, $BTW , $OKLO , $JOBY , $META Peter Lynch – one of the greatest investors of all time – sums it up perfectly: - "Stocks are not lottery tickets" - "There is a company behind every stock, if the company does well the stock does well...it's not that complicated" - "People get carried away and first of all they try and predict the stock market, that is a total waste of time, no one can predict the stock market" This advice is timeless. Unfortunately, many new investors are jumping into hype sectors and stocks like Quantum ( $ionq, $rgti, $laes, $btq), Nuclear (e.g., $oklo), and flying cars (e.g., $joby). Some of these bubble stocks are up 4,000% in the last 12 months even though they are not profitable, some have zero revenue, yet they are valued at billions of dollars. Keep your investing strategy simple. Don’t chase hype - look for profitable, growing companies that are actually doing well. That’s why I like $META - it’s a cash cow and it keeps compounding. Unfortunately, a lot of beginners get sucked into these bubbles and buy at the top, right as the algo's and hedge funds are exiting - joining the feeding frenzy for quick profits. Retail investors end up holding the bag as reality hits. We’ve already seen it in the past month alone - many of these companies have crashed 50–60%, with potentially much deeper drawdowns. DON'T CHASE HYPE. STOCKS ARE NOT LOTTERY TICKETS. CHASE WELL-RUN COMPANIES. KEEP IT SIMPLE!

🔥MSTR VS. THE MAGNIFICENT 7🔥 Strategy will be the most valuable company in the world. Latest cash cushions (USD billions): Microsoft: $102.0 B Alphabet: $98.5 B Amazon: $94.2 B Nvidia: $60.6 B Apple: $54.7 B Meta: $44.4 B Tesla: $41.6 B Strategy BTC reserve: $62.5 B Strategy’s stack of Bitcoin now tops the cash war-chests of Apple, Meta and Tesla, and sits between Nvidia and Amazon. Mag 7 cash looks big until you do the one math they’re allergic to. Purchasing power math: Cash is a melting ice cube at 6% inflation. Strategy’s reserve is an asset compounding at 30% (even if you haircut it, the spread matters). Real return spread = ~24% per year. That means Strategy’s war chest a GROWTH ENGINE. 20-year compression: Mag 7 cash sitting still loses ~70% of its purchasing power. (1 / 1.06^20 ≈ 0.31) Strategy’s reserve in REAL terms GROWS BY 50x. ( (1.30 / 1.06)^20 ≈ 50 ) Microsoft can have $100B cash, fine. In two decades, that’s the buying power of $31B in today’s dollars. Strategy’s $62.5B turns into ~$3.1T in today’s dollars, assuming the spread holds. And that’s before the real unfair advantage kicks in: Cash can’t be rehypothecated into an empire without political, regulatory, and shareholder limits. A compounding reserve can be used as collateral, capital formation, refinancing, acquisition currency, and liquidity backstop, without shrinking the core reserve. Will the Mag 7 continue to add cash to fight the decay? Absolutely. But Strategy will, more importantly, continue to add Bitcoin to outrun the monetary death spiral. Mag 7 is “operating cash.” Strategy is “strategic collateral.” When your treasury compounds faster than your competitors’ revenues, you stop competing with companies, you start competing with sovereign balance sheets. The Mag 7 doesn’t stand a chance because they’re playing defense with melting dollars while Strategy is playing offense with compounding capital.
