So I think that it’s part of it, and I think we take a lot of responsibility on that and having lost the fans a little bit. And I think had we given them a lot more to cheer for and be up in the fourth quarters and be into it and giving them more wins, I think we might look at it a little differently, so, I think we can take a lot of responsibility for that, but the fans have been there, they stepped up tonight. They were huge, they were loud, they were positive, so I just want to look forward and try to continue to give them things to be positive for…I’m just glad they show up for us.”

So at least, especially the younger generation that I think are the ones that take it for granted that a picture is for free and a selfie is a must. At least some message, I think, more to the younger generation of it's not normal to go on ask. Just be nice, be polite. And that's the only message I guess I use this moment for.”

OVERCOACHING 👎 When in played in Europe I was speaking with the GM of my team and discussion some of the former coaches they had at the club. We got to an American Coach they had and he said ‘typical American coach, he overcoached the whole game’. I’m not saying I agree with this, but it made me think about the role of a coach and how too much talking/coaching can hinder performance and development. I am still not great at it, but try to be mindful of how and what I say. One of the best attributes a coach can have is learning when to ‘stay out of the way’ of their players.
