The only problem CU has is keeping prime as coach, he has done nothing to improve the program but just cost them money. You shouldn't be paying a coach $10million/yr without titles beforehand.

Perhaps your team just isn’t good, and the score is a reflection of both a lack of real talent and poor coaching.

He played as a me first" personna with God given talent. Now, not so easy to get others to play together as a unit maybe? I wish him well. He sure is in a tough stretch atm. If ever player could coach, every student could teach. Coaching is not easy.
