@kare11 Great leaders are authentic and honest. And that means owning up to screwing up. If you try to hide them, your team looks for them and calls you out for them. When you call your own fouls, they spot you the misses. KOC = COTY Great lesson.

@kare11 I’m a middle school teacher. Wouldn’t you know it this works for middle school classrooms too (any classroom) When everyone realizes they aren’t perfect and always learning, you’d be surprised at how much more learning gets accomplished

🦊 you guys also, uh what was it, i know you guys wish for me to come (on +chat) more often of course. these days, i- i'll come more often. ah... about having to take selcas more often, i have to take them, yeah. just! the one thing i want to say is i hope you guys don't fight amongst each other. there's times where i only come (online) sometimes and, it's not that i'm not thinking of you guys. i just really, i'm also just... sometimes there's times where i'm just so tired too, i want to show you guys good sides of me too so... idk. you guys uh... i'm not sure either but, i hope you guys would get along well. also i had one thing i wanted to say, i might only always say the same words in between like saying "good morning" in the morning and "good night" at night, but i don't really know what other things to say either so, i'll try to think more in between. haha. thank you guys so much for understanding too. since there are times where i'm having a tough time too. just, there's not much being uploaded right now, to be honest, i'm know that well enough too. i know it but...
