Phase 2 of Circle (2025-?) will be all about enabling mind-blowing experiences that don't get to exist today because a truly powerful and flexible all-in-one platform like ours doesn't really exist today. In other words, it's going to be about building connective tissue between every part of the stack to enable novel experiences. The paid events feature we launched today gives you a surface teaser of what phase 2 will feel like as we go deeper and connect every part of Circle, but it's just a teaser. The future is truly exciting for creators and community builders.

The World Health Organization's acting director of the Department of Epidemic and Pandemic Threat Management, Dr. Mari Van Kerkhove, said Saturday that the process of evacuating everyone on board the hantavirus cruise ship "will be done in a very choreographed, coordinated way" once it anchors off the coast of the Canary Islands early Sunday morning. "There will be a screening that will take place," she said. "Right now, there's nobody on board that has any symptoms, including passengers and crew, and that's great news."

The above leads to poor health conditions, including frequent jail breaks and is of serious concern on human rights grounds. The rate of overcrowding in Nigerian prisons in general is about 70%, however there are specific prisons with overcrowding rate of 90% e.g. from the statistics Alliances for Africa (AFA) got from the Federal Prison Owerri Imo State, Nigeria, the capacity of the prison is for 548 inmates but currently as at the end of the month of August 2016, it has 2,140 inmates. The above situation is quite worrisome.
