Coca-Cola bicentennial celebration commercial.

Budweiser bicentennial celebration commercial in 1976. Slightly different country back then.

This made me tear up! I remember it so well. Everyone was so thankful for America! 🥲🇺🇸

1976 was dope. This was before the Democrats started hating America.

I remember everyone painting fire hydrants Red, White and Blue!!! 🇺🇸

Bear in mind, as well, that this was 2 years after Nixon resigned and in the middle of an election year. No tribalism, rancor, or political messaging in these ads. Just unity, patriotism, and celebration. Not all of America has changed; it's clearly the left.

Surprise. This commercial is the example of what 1975 and 1976 was like celebrating the bicentennial. It was so much fun. 🥳 Spirit of '76. 🎆🎇🧨 We're here and we're not going away. 😊👍🇺🇸

They wouldn't dare put that many white people in a commercial nowadays. 😅😅

Loved the Coke commercials!! A cold Coke out of a bottle was awesome.

@dknight431

I don't remember that one. It was 90 seconds long. Are there any 30 second versions? It is a great commercial from a completely different time. And a time I miss...

I was 7 years old, so I only kinda remember this.

Great commercial. We need more of these now

I actually remember this one! 🇺🇸

Now, they tell us to be less white.

Awesome!

This is too white Coca-Cola, @CocaCola

I used to drink Coke back then.

I think I saw Sen Kennedy and Trump!

Good find!! ❤️💙🤍 Thank you!🇺🇸

'Merica!

It was such a different time! Patriotism was admired...unlike SOME people, today! 🇺🇸

Based

Remember that.
