You know this game is not about kills? Pit a team based only on gameplay like this vs. an organized team play objective and using team and class play and "kill team" gets smoked every time.

Ask supports to throw smokes and move in as a team, objective done. Altough I did notice that barely anyone uses smoke in BT

It’s not that easy when ur solo q lol, this was the first 45 seconds of the match & objective best play I could have made

@Cheyenesku Literally had a mirak valley BT game the other day on offense. Joined a lil late. Still first phase Half team is support, but nobody is pushing or cracking smokes I res spam and frag to push up, they stand still I type in chat for them to push smokes or get farmed I finsh 2nd

@strahfe Yeah, its a little ridicolous. I like to think im playing a "CoDers" lobby that they dont know what they are doing. Same with freaking fire modes and using single shot over distance (half an hour ago I smoked a sniper like this from 200m away from a basic lmg) 1/2

@strahfe 2/2 its also a good way to combat spread/bloom. They answer me like this - "why would I ever use single shot fire mode?" -> CoD mentality cause you barely need to use it there.

Now days? Definitely. Unless they’re trying to make some actual movement shooter. But people will always find a way to abuse movement. “Wib-wobbling” “slide canceling” “bunny hopping.” Etc. But yes, there’s many games where they shouldn’t have a jump (at least in combat).

it is quite literally less realistic to NOT have jumping vs having it. jumping is a core mechanic in every fps game & should never be taken out.

Arguably less. Especially in battlefield. You’re not jumping around with zero resistance while wearing 100~lbs of gear, IRL. And no, not every FPS game has it. And many do much better without it. It’s a nice way to balance realism to gameplay. ARMA, Ready or Not.
