As long as your property is not putting someone else at risk, I’m fine with you doing whatever you want with it. That being said, I get legitimate concerns about people worried about their property values due to the action of some people, that should be a civil matter, not code enforcement.

Upon arrival you notice there is significant damage to the back, as if someone backed into a concrete pole. The dealer denies it and claims it was possibly hit by another customer. This is a normal day for these kids. The baseball game must go on. 😳 They live in Alaska where it rains like this a lot so playing mud ball is all too common there. You would never see teams in the contingent states playing in weather conditions like this. 💯 Many people said it looked like they were playing on a battlefield. And others said they didn’t care where it was but it’s dangerous and they shouldn’t be playing. People who have lived there or live there said this is barbecue weather! 😂 They said they would never play if they cancelled the games because it rains all the time. Have you ever seen a baseball game in this type of weather? Have you ever seen a field like that? Do you think it’s unsafe or do you think the boys are fine and let them play and have fun?

This paving company had to tear up the entire new driveway after it failed the first rain… and after redoing the whole thing, it looks like they still didn’t get it right. The same low spots and poor grading the homeowner pointed out before they re-poured are already showing signs of pooling water again. All that disruption, and the problems came right back. When you pay to have a job done properly, getting it wrong twice is hard to swallow. Have you ever had a contractor redo work only for the same issues to return?
