TORONTO, ONTARIO - A 16-year-old who shot at police during a traffic stop in Toronto on Sun, Apr. 20 has died in hospital after being shot by police officers. The incident occurred in North York. The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) said a Toronto police officer stopped an Infiniti car over a Highway Traffic Act infraction in the area of Sheppard Avenue W. and Bathurst Street at around 11PM that night. "There was an exchange of gunfire during which two police officers discharged their firearms," the SIU said in the release. "The male was struck and was taken to hospital where he passed away. There were six people in the car when it was initially stopped for a missing front licence plate. Surveillance video obtained by CBC Toronto appears to capture the moment gunfire erupts. In it, the suspect vehicle appears to be boxed in between two police SUVs. It appears that one officer is on the road next to the driver's window before something happens that sends the officer scrambling to take cover in front of the car's hood. From that position, one of the officers reaches up and fires into the car at least three times while another officer, whose uniform is more visible, pulls out their gun and aims into the car.

I opened iPhone Find My app and followed the signal to the Hyatt lobby. The staff had it safely stored in a drawer. Someone had turned it in. My heart truly breaks when I see homeless people in Toronto. We are living in a G7 country. I trust a homeless man more than Mark Carney or Olivia Chow. I don’t blame anyone who is affected by the economic crisis in Canada. This is Toronto’s subway line under Olivia Chow. This poor guy was not smelling well. No one even talked to him. I started a friendly conversation and kindly and respectfully offered my help but he rejected it. When we arrived at the last station, he did not leave. He came back because he did not have a place to stay. We have lots of corrupt politicians at all levels of government. With 1% of the SNC-Lavalin or Brookfield scandals, directly related to Trudeau and Carney, we could solve the homelessness issue in Canada. Our subways should be safe, on time, and smell good. Shame on Olivia Chow, the jihadi socialist mayor of Toronto. Olivia Chow must go. She is incompetent. We need a new mayor in Toronto.

We’ve taken over an entire block so far. Coffee shops around playing our music. Drums. Flares. Cars. Flags. All singing and marching to the game. We even shut down the tram on one street so they had to bring the bike cops to clear the way. Lol.

I have chosen to drive my Tesla on FSD multiple times instead of flying. In the past year, I’ve done multiple ~20-hour days driving continuously on FSD, covering over 1,000 miles daily without ever needing to touch the steering wheel. We just took a trip from Toronto to Nashville as well. It was 900 miles one way, which we completed in a single day (18 hours), and it was way more economical (and fun) than flying. Before that, I did Toronto to Austin, TX (3,200 miles round trip) TWICE in July and November — all in my Model 3 Performance. Would I attempt these drives without FSD? No way. I literally push a button on the screen, and the car handles all the charging stops, traffic, navigation, and everything. It’s so easy. If you’re an avid road tripper, there’s no better car to do it in than a Tesla.

Israeli comedian detained at Toronto airport following complaint by Hind Rajab Foundation —— Israeli comedian Guy Hochman was questioned for around six hours on Monday after arriving in Canada, following a complaint lodged by the Hind Rajab Foundation. Sources close to Hochman told Israel's Channel 12 that he was detained upon landing at Toronto airport and released only after intervention by the Israeli consulate. The Hind Rajab Foundation said last week it had submitted a criminal complaint alleging “military propaganda and incitement linked to Israel’s war on Gaza,” referring to videos Hochman filmed with Israeli soldiers during Israel's war on Gaza. The group says that “these activities led to his recruitment into a role linked to the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit, an unusual position for a civilian entertainer. In this role, Hochman appeared in military uniform and disseminated messaging that glorified destruction in Gaza, promoted revenge narratives, and contributed to the normalization of war crimes.”

SHINee also had big fan bases in Russia and London, however, SM wanted SHINee to concentrate on Asia specifically Japan. Taemin had also been on Good Morning America in the US, where he was compared to MJ. Barack Obama also mentioned SHINee during an event. SHINee and Taemin also was in a US magazines. SHINee also did a TV show in Russia where they were introducing people to Kpop. I think you need to get over that many people knew of Kpop before BTS, like you will be okay

WELL I was assaulted by a schizo homeless guy today in Toronto. I was walking to the grocery store when he started stalking me. I tried to get away from him but it didn’t work. He grabbed me, pinned me against a fence, and then tried to break my hand to steal my phone. Three people passing by helped save me. The police were quick and kind, but the officer I spoke with told me this guy had been arrested for attacking people repeatedly in the past month, and “fair warning, a judge will probably let him out by tomorrow morning.” 🫠 lovely system we got goin on here folks

WELL I was assaulted by a schizo homeless guy today in Toronto. I was walking to the grocery store when he started stalking me. I tried to get away from him but it didn’t work. He grabbed me, pinned me against a fence, and then tried to break my hand to steal my phone. Three people passing by helped save me. The police were quick and kind, but the officer I spoke with told me this guy had been arrested for attacking people repeatedly in the past month, and “fair warning, a judge will probably let him out by tomorrow morning.” 🫠 lovely system we got goin on here folks
