Cursor Origin (Cursor Review) has been tested in a closed beta with selected partners internally and will likely be announced later today. Users will get access to new tabs called Codebase and Review. > The Codebase tab will let users sync their repositories from Github. > The Review tab will be dedicated to the "agentic code review" process, in which users will be notified when their attention is required. Currently, the Cursor Origin page shows a waitlist form, which makes a lot of sense since they will have to copy a ton of code repositories. > "Code is moving faster than any infrastructure was built to handle. Origin was designed for this moment."

If Apple won't share Mica I will make one. Here's a quick demo of what I was able to achieve with Codex and some years of experience in UIKit/SwiftUI (ouch!). We have a dedicated file format that runs off Point-Free's SQLiteData, because you know, SQLite file format is AMAZING. (Almost) Full spec. SVG/PNG import with a full suite of keyframe animations and CoreAnimationArchive (.caar) file export. View-Normalised SwiftUI Code export coming too. Authoring animations for your SwiftUI app was never this easy! Oh did I mention a dedicated MCP support? Any takers?

I’m joining OpenAI Codex to work on the future of agentic development! At Cursor, I got to see the shift from autocomplete to agents. The next step isn’t a better IDE. It’s an Agent Development Environment (ADE): systems and tools for orchestrating agents, reasoning over their outputs, and making them autonomous enough to reliably complete ambitious work. This will forever change how power users switch apps on MacOS MacOS is full of animations. Switching to an app means repeatedly using cmd + tab or using power tools to assign a hotkey to the app. Even if you are using the hyperkey on Raycast to open apps, you will still be faced with the animations if the app is on different desktop. I've completely solved this pain point in the latest release of SuperCmd Here's what's done 1. Completely eliminated the animation, the hotkey will instantly switch to the instance of that app, even if it's on a different desktop 2. If there are multiple instances of the same app, e.g., 4 cursor projects, it will cycle through all the open windows of that app. (even VSCode / cursor supports cycling through windows only on the current desktop) I've long wanted to solve this issue for myself, and it has been the biggest bottleneck in my productivity. I see this as a huge win for power users, specially ADHD bois! SuperCmd 1.0.7 is out, but I wanted to dedicate a post to this specific feature first. I say this, and in no means throwing shade at Cursor, but using the new design mode really makes me appreciate the speed of interactions in Figma and Framer. I will absolutely be testing it out in my own workflow, and love that an IDE finally is adding a browser view and selection UX for local dev support, especially one as powerful as cursor... But i'll wait until undo works. I mean... how am I supposed to design without cmd+z?

This is the fastest way I’ve found to send huge files without compression across the world. It’s called Blip. A file transfer app that lets you send massive files directly from your device to someone else’s. No cloud upload first. No waiting for a download link. No file size panic. No video quality getting destroyed. No “upgrade your storage” nonsense. Just pick the file and send it. What it can do: • Send files of any size • Send entire folders • Resume interrupted transfers • Keep original quality • Work across long distances • Transfer between desktop and mobile • Use end-to-end encrypted transfers • Run on Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone, iPad, and Android The wild part: Blip says it can handle files up to 99TB. Users can actually control how much Liquid Glass they want instead of being forced into a single design choice. Meanwhile, One UI can barely offer this level of UI customization 😌 When it comes to UI/UX, Apple is the king. Samsung, prove me wrong by copying this for One UI 👀🔥

The new Product Page Header image in the App Store will not matter. First you need users to actually want to enter your App Store listing. And the reality is that a lot of users NEVER enter the listing. They search for something, see the app in the search results and download it directly from there. So the important update here is the new Search Results image. It's an app banner inside the App Store search results. And you should think about it as a persuasive ad. COPYWRITING will be what matters. Not the fancy "branding". Users are searching because they want an answer to something. Your creative needs to give them that answer immediately. And this becomes even more important with Apple Ads. You can pay to appear for the keyword, but your creative still needs to convince the user that your app is the answer they were searching for.
