Mike Adams is currently a free agent and deserves a chance with any team. He began his career with the Phillies organization in 2021. The pitcher put up great numbers that season in Triple-A putting up a 3.65 ERA. He has great fastball ranging from 94-97 MPH. Anyone can use him as a good righty option out the bullpen. SOMEONE SIGN THIS MAN!!!

Today's #SaturdaySleeper is RHP Ryan Dromboski (Penn Baseball). The 6'2", 205-pound righthander was the 2023 Ivy League Pitcher of the Year after posting a 3.17 ERA with 97 strikeouts across 71 innings pitched. Set a new Penn single-game strikeout record with 15 against Princeton. Will pitch in the 90-93 (T4/5) MPH range with his fastball that has run and sink at times. Calling card with Dromboski are his secondaries. Tight-spinning low-80s slider has plenty of horizontal movement and is his go-to out pitch. Generates plenty of swing and miss and had a 53% miss rate in '23. Dromboski also has advanced feel for a high-70s changeup that he's comfortable throwing to both right and lefthanded hitters. Plenty of arm side fade and tumbling action. Slider was good, and he threw it the most, and it averaged 90! Ryan had Tommy John late in the season in 2024, spent all last season rehabbing, and now here he is. He AND his brother. The Tommy John will be nothing other than a blip on his radar. He fractured his back in High School, but continued to play as a 2-way at UNC Pembroke, but was mainly a shortstop. He got drafted by the Padres, still as a 2-way, then got traded to the Dodgers for Matt Beaty, and was moved to a pitcher only once he got here. So, he's a great athlete who thinks like a "baseball player" and not just a pitcher. In fact, ask around to those in the system as to who is the best athlete in the system, at any position, and see how high up the charts he is. #dodgers #dodgersprospects$

From the right side he boasts a mid to high 90s fastball touching 98 with good movement, and then a mid 80s slider which is his best complementary pitch. The changeup is hard and while it's his third best pitch, getting him the Cardinals organization should help him develop that changeup further. Obviously, he's gotten his flowers for his special teams impact, but I think people are still drastically underrating #Titans WR Chimere Dike as a receiver. Going into his second season, even in a much-improved receiver room, I don't think he's very far from being the best Z option (if he isn't already) on the roster. Has to improve against physicality in both phases of the game, but he flashed some really impressive tools as a separator
