My upcoming release of "Cinematic AI" has made me think about how bodies of work are formed. I think some are manifested and some are revealed. I think "Cinematic AI" falls into the latter category. It was not something I had a clear vision for and then created, but it was something that was revealed to me over time. I thought I saw a glimmer of it early on, but only after some time had past, could I see the body of work emerge. With a bit more context and watching great artists and how they work and think, it finally came to me that this series of 15-20 pieces that I had created could be a worthy collection to mint. AI art has been going through so many transformations from the early GAN work to Collaborative AI to now AI being widely accessible through platforms like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and many others. But one area that I have seen explode in recent months is cinematic AI. I distinguish this from animated AI, which has been around for a while, but cinematic AI is where the movements created by AI are getting closer to what you'd see in a movie or captured on a video camera. It still has a long way to go but it is getting more real than surreal as the technology develops. And this is where I seem to have found my groove, my home, my little corner in the artistic landscape. After Runway launched their image-to-video tool, it just blew my mind and I went down a deep rabbit hole and have created a new cinematic AI piece almost every other day for the past few months. I initially saw many of these pieces as just experiments, but with some time to reflect, I am seeing them as having the potential of being relevant pieces of artwork to mark this time in the development of AI. In some cases, I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to create a similar piece again, since the tools I use are not in my control, but in the control of the AI platforms, who are constantly improving and evolving the tools. Given all of this, there is no better way to mark my place in time than on the blockchain. I truly believe that this body of work has the potential to be an important artifact of this era in AI and AI art. It is always hard to judge ones own work, but what I can do is permanently etch in time on an immutable public database saying that I created this. Only time will tell if the work has any value or is of any significance, but who created it and what was created cannot be disputed. I hope this gives you and especially collectors some perspective on the work I'll be releasing next week. I'm still very early in my artistic journey, but hopefully some of you will see promise in what I'm doing and maybe even put in a early bet on my art practice by bidding on a piece next week. Resident Evil Requiem has an insanely complex Easter Egg titled "The Final Puzzle", I have spent countless hours attempting to decode it. These are all my findings: MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD - I recommend reading AFTER you finish the "Rhodes Care Home" section of the game as there are some slight spoilers here. You have been warned: This puzzle started when I first noticed that the "severed hand" that you can pick up right after escaping the basement gets a checkmark in your inventory if you finish Rhodes, meaning that it has a use SOMEWHERE in Rhodes that I missed. "The Final Puzzle" is in the challenges menu and its description says "Let the sweet pair hear the voice". My first finding was that you can actually scan the severed hand in the blood analyzer, revealing a secret message "Let's Play" and a series of letters. After consulting a doctor friend of mine, she was able to translate this into a message that simply says "GLITCH". I had no idea what to do with this but curiously, I did notice that the hourglass that you can find in Victor's office has a secret message that says "U = 380,000". Later, I noticed on the side of the blood analyzer it says "G = 150000000", and the final clue that made it all make sense was in the files, in one file about Grace's blood analysis it says "C = 4.2 ly", this was the hint I needed to crack this. I am an aerospace engineer, I recognized that ly is not any real measurement for blood or fluid, it's LIGHT YEARS. So what is 4.2 light years away from earth? The alpha centauri system, A STAR. Let's go back to "U = 380,000" so what is 380,000 km away from earth? the MOON. and G = 150000000? Applying the same logic, thats almost the exact distance to the SUN. As you are finding the quartz in Rhodes, each one is hidden behind a puzzle that has the exact Moon/Sun/Star key to unlock them, so first I checked the west wing and found nothing but going to the east wing, I freaked out when I saw that its interactable. the machine is GLITCHED. just like the original message from the blood analyzer said. So, now that I knew C = Star, G = Sun and U = Moon, I went back to the original message and noticed that RNA codon only uses a mix of the letters C, G, U and A. I decided to ignore A as I didn't have any value for it and entered the password exactly as that screen with that order, so entering "Sun Sun Star Sun Moon Star Sun Moon Sun Moon Star Moon" led to... A very, VERY creepy little girl laughing. I thought this was absolutely it for the easter egg, and that something just got activated somewhere in Rhodes but after searching the entire area up and down multiple times, I have found nothing. After finally getting the opportunity to speak to other reviewers about this mystery, I've found only about 3 people have actually gotten this far pre-launch and discovered it themselves, most were working within groups. and I seem to be the first person in the world that found the values for C, U, G, and its meanings rather than trial and erroring it. So to say it's insane that I solved it this much with no real group is an amazing feat and I am very proud of it. This puzzle is not finished, we have been looking into various codes and numbers around the game. my personal theory is that there is another code that we can enter into that machine with Sun/Star/Moon, and that the laugh is basically Capcom mocking us for thinking it would be this easy. How we get that code, I have 0 clue. The first person who solves this will earn their place in Resident Evil history, good luck continuing this hunt!

I am an outstandingly well trained and well- practiced RN; then outstandingly well trained and 30-year-practiced pediatric dentist and orthodontist. I did not start out anti-VAX by any means. In retrospect now, I would say I was a “vaxer.” But then I started having doubts about the flu vaccine when “they” claimed, “well we didn’t get the right strains that we thought were going to be prominent this year.” Then I had doubts about the Hep B vaccine, then the shingles vaccine, and so I sort of thought I am “anti-adult”vaccines. Then I had a new son join my family with my new husband. My new son had been diagnosed as autistic at age 2, immediately following his MMR vaccine. But childhood vaccines, I had always believed in strongly. After all when I was in high school I helped give the first oral polio vaccine doses on sugar cubes! Of course I felt I was doing something wonderful for the people, taking it, including myself, of course. But now, as I grew to love and work with my son who was injured after his MMR, doubts about childhood vaccines began. And, as I started digging, researching, I found evidence that the then DTP/DPT/DTap vaccine was strongly statistically linked to SIDS. Then I learned about the HPV/Gardisil vaccine and girls being severely injured and dying after that one. And to my horror, this awareness came after our daughter was required to have and had it to continue her university education at Texas A&M. She was fortunate- no severe adverse reactions, at least UP TO NOW. . (Following that vaccine, studies are showing that some recipients do end up with cervical cancer.) And then I learned from my American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry that they were recommending that I and (all pediatric dentists), push it with the parents for both boys and girls as young as nine years of age. That was it. I realized I am anti-vaccine. PS. When the COVID-19 vaccine came into our awareness in 2020, it was not only, “no way for my family and me, but something I knew I had to warn people about. And so, was born. Romero explains the differences between 'Night of the Living De@d'' (1968) & 'Dawn of the De@d' (1978): "After making 'Night of the Living De@d', I went through a paranoid phase of not wanting to be a horror moviemaker, which is why my next two films were not horror films: 'There’s Always Vanilla' (1971) and 'Jack’s Wife' (1972) [aka, Season of the witch]. I resisted even developing a second part into a sequel. Then, gradually, as I became comfortable with what 'Night of the Living De@d' was and with what my reputation was, I finally got the idea for it. It was four years ago. I saw Monroeville Mall, with its Civil Defense area up above. And Mark Mason, one of the owners, told me he had always had this fantasy about some hermit living up there, who could have anything he wanted. That gave me the idea that it was the perfect setting for the equal-balance part of the trilogy. So, I wrote a treatment and it was very heavy, ponderous, possessing roughly the same attitude as Night of the Living De@d. But then I realized that the place itself, the mall, was too funny to serve for a nightmare experience. 'Dawn of the De@d' is a nightmare, but it’s more a pop fantasy than a brooding nightmare—which Night, with all its funny scenes, was. You can’t use the word “camp” anymore, but that’s what we were doing then and still doing. We’re just calling it something else, I guess. Camp has come to mean something disrespectful, but I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful of the genre. I was just trying to indicate some of the things that were going on within it. Dawn of the De@d is very much upfront; Night more insidious. Now we can laugh at it, but when the film first came out, most of Middle. America was scared watching it. In Night, I was going for a real, traditional horror-movie scare, rather than intellectual fear. Dawn of the De@d has some startles, but if you come out of it afraid, it’s purely on an intellectual plane. It’s not really frightening. I meant it to be kind of exuberant. And the battle that develops over Revlon and Charmain and whatever treasures they believe they’ve found takes the trappings from the traditional genre and puts it in high adventure—a mixture of weird pop with the fantastic." I’ve been meaning to share here that I bought land! Growing up I vividly remember going to the welfare office with my mom. Public school, free lunches & section 8 housing made life possible. I wanted more for myself so I studied, worked my ass off, and put myself in the way of getting lucky. I pivoted into tech in my late 20’s, and was already a mom of 2 at that point. It was not an immediate up and to the right journey. In fact, my first startup failed. And it was entirely bootstrapped so I lost all the money I’d put into it. After working at other companies for some years I was ready to try again but then I nearly failed at fundraising. It was humbling to hear no after no but I just kept learning and adapting. I have always played long games and I’m willing to take a lot of pain in the short-term to realize big goals. People who know my full life story say it’s so hard to believe that I am in this position today, but it’s not by accident. I built this life brick by brick. Odds were stacked against me but I found joy in the challenge of doing hard things. Much of my success is from being pushed down and told I couldn’t make it. I love proving people wrong. Back to the land. I started dreaming of this project over a decade ago, back when I had no money to do it. But I talked about it to friends constantly like it was inevitable - because even though I didn’t know *how* it would happen, I began believing it would. Here we are and now it’s a key piece of what I want to accomplish in my next act. I want to create a place that people come to for reflection, to unwind from the grind, and to build meaningful connection to self and others. I want to host salons to discuss and debate interesting topics with the smartest people I can find. Breakthroughs will happen round a fire, while lounging poolside, and while gazing up at the stars through the trees. It took a year of searching for land but we found a spot just 1 hour north of San Francisco. It’s got some beautiful bones and infrastructure on it already but there’s a lot to imagine and build to realize the dream. Everything big starts small. So, we put up our first tree swings, hammocks and a canvas tent. 🏕️ If you’re into that kind of journey then I’ll be posting more about it on IG and may create an account just for that work. I’ve never owned land so 10 acres is an amazing canvas to create and learn on. There will be mistakes and setbacks, There always are. But I can’t wait to see what gets accomplished in the next decade! (And no, I am not quitting my job at Meta - this project is my side gig for the foreseeable future. I’m lucky to have the best guy I know focused on it full-time.) As the corporate truism goes - team work makes the dream work. LFG! 💕

The first is hiring more people, because the demand we have is accelerating rapidly. The second is investing in the compute and infrastructure needed to keep delivering our solutions at high quality and reliability. 8090 works with the biggest, hardest, most demanding customers in the most regulated industries: healthcare, insurance, life sciences, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, financial services, and the United States government. I joined this Texas Clear Sky Movement because I need to learn a lot more facts about what is going on and what effects whatever is going on is having on Texas. I post this hearing of Texas House State Representative Wes Virdell, TX State Rep 's on his HB 1382 which started out as a bill to eliminate weather modification and changed into one to stop geoengineering spraying in Texas. In this hearing, I, and I think the Texas House members on the panel learned a lot about the issue. My summary of the hearing is that we learned that there are two different programs/activities going on. One is rain enhancement and to a slight extent, hail size reduction activities going on in Texas that is regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). The rain enhancement activities carried out by the state spray silver iodide into developing thunderclouds in the troposphere (between 5000 and 10,000 feet) in the air with the objective of increasing the rain produced in the clouds. There are 5 or 6 companies/entities licensed to do this in Texas. One representative in the hearing said that his brother living in Oklahoma is noted that rain enhancement into a developing cell in Texas eventually developed into a tornadic system that hit his house with a tornado. He saw the correlation and presumed that the Texas cloud seeding created the tornado that hit his house. The science expert for TDLR did not agree that cloud seeding causes tornadoes. He said it is designed to create more rain. The other activity going on is the stratospheric (several miles high) spaying of aluminum compounds (and maybe barium and strontium based compounds) in the grid patterns. This is called geoengineering. A representative of one of the rain enhancement companies said that this was being done with the objective of reducing global warming by creating a haze that reflects sunlight away from the earth. I am still unclear who is doing the geoengineering spraying. Is it the federal government as the rain enhancement rep said? Or is it privately funded? I have seen a video elsewhere of a former CIA director admitting it is being done. But if it is the feds, what federal entity is doing it? How much fed money is going to do it? When was it authorized, and for what purpose? After TDLR and the entities doing the cloud seeding in Texas (some of whom testified) visited Rep Virdell to tell him about the difference between weather mod/rain enhancement and geoengineering, claiming positive and benign effects of weather modification, Virdell changed his bill to target geoengineering being done instead of any regulated or funded by the state of Texas. The bill by Virdell had the votes to get out of committee and to the House floor, but Chair Dade Phelan (the former speaker of the Texas House and the chair of the committee in the video) refused to hold a vote, so the bill died. BTW, Kerrville is in Wes Virdell's district, and he has been out doing what he can to help in the response to the devastation of the flooding in his district. Note also that the testimony from citizens was primarily targeted at the health and environmental risks associated with spaying heavy metals and silver iodide over Texas. One of the rain production proponents claimed he has never seen a study that says that silver iodide for rain seeding is not safe. But I think I heard one of the witnesses saying that there are studies that are. But, boy, I still have a lot of questions. 1) How do we know that the Texas regulated rain enhancement program is not causing these freak rainstorms? I want to see a lot more science on this. I even think that the question about the enhancement of tornadic activity by cloud seeding that was asked has not been answered to my satisfaction. And I would VERY MUCH like to know if there was any cloud seeding activity that correlates with this most recent flooding episode. 2) Who is doing the geoengineering over Texas? How was it authorized? What chemicals are they using? What health and environmental studies have been done on whatever they are spaying? 3) What studies have been done on the impacts on weather (and rain production and tornadic impact) from the geoengineering going on that takes into account the combination of BOTH Texas weather mod activity AND geoengineering spraying? (This is kind of like asking whether there have ever been any safety studies on the combination of all the vaccines being recommended for children, nowadays. It is possible that one activity by itself does not do any harm, but a combination of multiple factors does.) I argued in the hearing that we need a stop to all of this until the people of Texas have had time to have input into what is being sprayed on them and what the health, environmental, and weather impacts are on them using unbiased, special-interest free studies. WAQF (AMENDMENT) BILL, 2024 My Enthusiasm: The British enacted the Mussalman Wakf Act, 1923 for the better management of wakf property and for ensuring the keeping and publication of proper accounts in respect of such properties. After independence, the Waqf Act, 1954 was enacted but the earlier Act was not repealed. In 1995 a new Waqf Act was enacted repealing the 1954 Act. There was not any significant difference between the Acts of 1954 and 1995, as the latter was essentially a consolidation of several State amendments and judicial pronouncements. In March 2005 the UPA Government headed by Manmohan Singh appointed a seven-member high-level committee which was headed by Rajinder Sachar, a former Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, with Sayyid Hamid, M.A. Basith, Akhtar Majeed, Abu Saleh Shariff, T.K. Oommen and Rakesh Basant as its members. It is popularly known as the Sachar Committee. Based on one of the recommendations of the Sachar Committee, the UPA Government introduced the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2013 to amend the Waqf Act, 1995. It must be noted that the BJP enthusiastically supported the Bill and voted for it in Parliament. Consequent to the amendment, the Waqf Act became one most of draconian laws that India has ever enacted whereby any property can be unilaterally claimed by Muslims as waqf, and its owners can be disposed of it. It has been widely reported that the Muslims have been claiming villages after villages as wakf properties and thereby creating havoc. Therefore, the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2024 introduced in Parliament by the RSS-BJP-Modi Government is a welcome step, and I wholeheartedly endorse it. The Bill has since been referred to a Joint Parliamentary Committee headed by former CM of UP Jagadambika Pal. I sincerely hope and wish that it becomes an Act sooner than later. My Skepticism: A large number of Hindu refugees from Pakistan and Bangladesh who escaped to ‘Hindu India’ and their progeny, are not only HINOs (Hindus In name Only) but they are virulently Anti-Hindu and Pro-Muslim. They are worse than the Islamic Jihadis as they camouflage as Hindus while working for Islam. Rajinder Sachar’s family too came from West Pakistan to ‘Hindu India’ to escape religious persecution by Muslims. Yet, his ideological proclivities were mostly Anti-Hindu and Pro-Muslim. A Google search says that Waqf Boards are the 3rd largest land holders in India after the Government and the Christian Church. The credit for this notoriety goes entirely to the #PseudoHindutva RSS-BJP-Modi. With a lot of pomposity the RSS-BJP-Modi Central Government introduced the Prohibition of Child Marriage (Amendment) Bill, 2021 in Parliament on 20-12-2021. I welcomed it except for the proposal to increase age of marriage. It was referred to a Select Committee headed by Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, and it is not known whether it gave any report. However, due to Muslim pressure the RSS-BJP-Modi deliberately delayed its passing as a result the Bill lapsed due to the dissolution of 17th Lok Sabha. Thus they gave a quiet burial to an important Bill that sought to reform marriage of all religious communities which would have a bearing on the differential growth rates of population. WAQF (AMENDMENT) BILL, 2024 My Enthusiasm: The British enacted the Mussalman Wakf Act, 1923 for the better management of wakf property and for ensuring the keeping and publication of proper accounts in respect of such properties. After independence, the Waqf Act, 1954 was enacted but the earlier Act was not repealed. In 1995 a new Waqf Act was enacted repealing the 1954 Act. There was not any significant difference between the Acts of 1954 and 1995, as the latter was essentially a consolidation of several State amendments and judicial pronouncements. In March 2005 the UPA Government headed by Manmohan Singh appointed a seven-member high-level committee which was headed by Rajinder Sachar, a former Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, with Sayyid Hamid, M.A. Basith, Akhtar Majeed, Abu Saleh Shariff, T.K. Oommen and Rakesh Basant as its members. It is popularly known as the Sachar Committee. Based on one of the recommendations of the Sachar Committee, the UPA Government introduced the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2013 to amend the Waqf Act, 1995. It must be noted that the BJP enthusiastically supported the Bill and voted for it in Parliament. Consequent to the amendment, the Waqf Act became one most of draconian laws that India has ever enacted whereby any property can be unilaterally claimed by Muslims as waqf, and its owners can be disposed of it. It has been widely reported that the Muslims have been claiming villages after villages as wakf properties and thereby creating havoc. Therefore, the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2024 introduced in Parliament by the RSS-BJP-Modi Government is a welcome step, and I wholeheartedly endorse it. The Bill has since been referred to a Joint Parliamentary Committee headed by former CM of UP Jagadambika Pal. I sincerely hope and wish that it becomes an Act sooner than later. My Skepticism: A large number of Hindu refugees from Pakistan and Bangladesh who escaped to ‘Hindu India’ and their progeny, are not only HINOs (Hindus In name Only) but they are virulently Anti-Hindu and Pro-Muslim. They are worse than the Islamic Jihadis as they camouflage as Hindus while working for Islam. I'm pleased to hear that worship at IHOPKC will continue. Here are a few PERSONAL reflections on why: My relationship with Lord was forever changed by the devotion and maturity of the worship in the GPR. The road that led me to IHOPKC about 8 years ago was sovereign, so I have always cherished it. The Lord brought me there to drink, to heal, to learn as he has done with thousands of others. Every time I visited something new was awoken (or maybe unlocked) deep inside me. It was sacred. Physically being in the GPR washed me with the word in a way that wasn't happening back at my home church. I had the luxury of coming and going, but I eventually saw behind the curtain. I saw how hard the day to day was for those who lived and served there. I learned of dreams that people put on hold to "keep the fire burning". I remember even feeling slightly guilty when I encouraged people to care for themselves and take a season off from the GPR to pursue passions. I learned of the financial pressures and didn't always agree with what felt like a "God's got it" approach to oversight. But I also wasn't surprised by those costs. They weren't unique based on what I have seen in the Church. Following Jesus is hard. We are broken. And demons are assigned to sabotage the prayer movement and prophetic voices. As time went on, I found myself desiring for others outside the IHOPKC bubble to experience how the worship in the GPR was different. That manifested in a few ways... One of them was a short film I directed and produced a few years ago when I was part of Arrowhead Music. (see below) The night we shot this film, the GPR had been temporarily moved to another sanctuary on the missions base, which gave an opportunity for Laura to worship alone. It felt providential and holy to me. When the film was later released, we were told that playlist editors at YouTube had it on repeat in their corporate offices in New York City. Spotify selected the title track "Shalom" to be featured as the top song on their worship playlist. Most people at IHOP didn't even know and it wasn't celebrated amongst the community like I thought it should have been. BUT to me, it proved that the worship cultivated at IHOPKC (though no more or less important than anyone else's worship) was distinct and could serve as a model. I still believe that. The abuse allegations and crisis around broader issues at IHOPKC were heartbreaking, no matter how you look at it. This is not a commentary on those issues. I understand why many decided to leave in the past 8 months, but no one will ever be able to convince me that what you will see in this film is in some way wrong. For those that are in disagreement that the House of Prayer still stands, I encourage you to trust the Lord to flush out any remaining impurities. Raise your concerns if you must, but do it biblically. I’m sharing this film, "THE SECRET PLACE", in hopes that it will serve as a reminder of the goodness and beauty that comes out of the prayer room. Join me in praying for our brothers and sisters who have decided to stay and continue to serve. Pray for the ministry to be fully funded, healthy, vibrant, and more fruitful then ever before! #ihopkc 🙏

Like seemingly everyone on this app I have plenty of opinions about Twitter > X and figure now is a good time to open up a bit about my experience at the company. I tweeted for years into the void for the love of it like many of you, but after selling my startup to Twitter in 2020 I finally got to see it from the inside. Up close it was both amazing and terrible, like so many other companies and things in life. As someone with a maniacal sense of urgency built into me, Twitter often felt siloed and bureaucratic. Dumb power plays, reorgs and team name changes for the sake of someone’s ego were distractions that occurred too regularly. You couldn’t just be a builder — you also needed to be a politician. I was shocked by how old and bespoke the infrastructure was, but there was little will to think beyond quarterly earnings calls because we were all beholden to the masters of mDAU and revenue growth as a public company. It often felt like things were held together with duct tape and glue, and that many people had just accepted that a small product change could take months or quarters to build. Management had become bloated to accommodate career growth and the company culture felt too soft and entitled for my own taste. Healthy debate and criticism was replaced by a default refrain of “no, that can’t be done” or “another team owns that so don’t touch it”. Teams could spend months building a feature and then some last-minute kerfuffle meant it’d get killed for being too risky. Just talking directly to customers could turn into a turf war and create deadlocks between functions. I recall one such episode where a teammate spent a month trying to get clearance to reach out to some creators. He went through 3 layers of management and 6 different functional teams. In the end 4 executives were involved in the approval. It was insanity, and unfortunately I saw several top performers get burnt out and demoralized after exhausting experiences like that. Most people were good at their jobs but it was nearly impossible to fire poor performers — instead they got shuffled around to other teams because few managers had the will or resources to figure out how to get them out. A high performance culture pulls everyone up, but the opposite weighs everyone down. Twitter often felt like a place that kept squandering its own potential, which was sad and frustrating to see. The person who was best at cutting through the BS and inspiring a vision during my tenure was Kayvon Beykpour, but he wasn’t fully empowered to run the company since he wasn’t the CEO. Despite those real issues, I was lucky enough to work with some of the most talented people in the business at Twitter in product, design, engineering, research, legal, BD, trust & safety, marketing, PR and more. Often it was a small cross-functional team of intrinsically motivated people who made the biggest impact by challenging some core assumption. Those teams were very fun to be on but they felt like the exception rather than the rule. The months of waiting for the deal to close in 2022 were particularly slow and painful; it felt like leadership hid behind lawyers and legal language as all answers about the company’s future notoriously included the phrase “fiduciary duty”. Colleagues openly talked about how Twitter was being sold because leadership didn’t have conviction in their own plan or ability to fix longstanding problems. Although I didn’t know much about Elon I was cautiously optimistic – I saw him as the guy who built incredible and enduring companies like Tesla and SpaceX, so perhaps his private ownership could shake things up and breathe new life into the company. My take on what’s happened since then is full of lived nuance. When people ask why I stayed it’s easy to answer: optimism, curiosity, personal growth and money. From the beginning I saw that some changes Elon was going to make were smart and others were stupid, but when I’m on a team I uphold the philosophy of “praise in public and criticize in private”. I was far from a silent wallflower. I shared my opinions openly and pushed back often, both before and after the acquisition. I made peace with the fact that I didn’t have psychological safety at Twitter 2.0 and that meant I could be fired at any moment, and for no reason at all. I watched it happen repeatedly and saw how negatively it impacted team morale. Although I couldn’t change the situation I did my best to shine a light on folks who were doing important work while being an emotionally supportive leader for those who were struggling to adapt to the more brutalist and hardcore culture. In person Elon is oddly charming and he’s genuinely funny. He also has personality quirks like telling the same stories and jokes over and over. The challenge is his personality and demeanor can turn on a dime going from excited to angry. Since it was hard to read what mood he might be in and what his reaction would be to any given thing, people quickly became afraid of being called into meetings or having to share negative news with him. At times it felt like the inner circle was too zealous and fanatical in their unwavering support of everything he said. When individuals encouraged me to be careful about what I said I politely thanked them and said I would not be taking their advice. I had no interest in adding to a culture of fear or walking on eggshells around Elon. Either he would respect me for being real or he could fire me. Either outcome was okay. I quickly learned that product and business decisions were nearly always the result of him following his gut instinct, and he didn’t seem compelled to seek out or rely on a lot of data or expertise to inform it. That was particularly frustrating for me since I believed I had useful institutional knowledge that could help him make better decisions. Instead he'd poll Twitter, ask a friend, or even ask his biographer for product advice. At times it seemed he trusted random feedback more than the people in the room who spent their lives dedicated to tackling the problem at hand. I never figured out why and remain puzzled by it. I don’t think things had to be as difficult or dramatic as they turned out to be but I can’t say I’d bet against Elon or count him out. He’s smart and has enough money to make a lot of mistakes and then course correct when things go awry. As the largest shareholder he can tank the value in the short-term, but eventually he’ll need things to turn around. His focus on speed is incredible and he’s obviously not afraid of blowing things up, but now the real measure will be how it get reconstructed and if enough people want the new everything app he is building. I learned a ton from watching Elon up close – the good, the bad and the ugly. His boldness, passion and storytelling is inspiring, but his lack of process and empathy is painful. Elon has an exceptional talent for tackling hard physics-based problems but products that facilitate human connection and communication require a different type of social-emotional intelligence. Social networks are hard to kill but they’re not immune from death spirals. Only time will tell what the outcome will be but I hope X finds its footing because competition is good for consumers. In the meantime, I have a lot of empathy for the employees who are working tirelessly behind the scenes, the advertisers who want a stable platform to sell their stuff on, and the customers who are experiencing chaotic updates. It’s been a madhouse. Twitter moved at the speed of molasses and suffered from bureaucracy but now X is run by a mercurial leader whose instinct is driven by the unique and undoubtedly weird experience of being the biggest voice on the platform. Many of you know me from the sleeping bag incident where I slept on a conference room floor, so I figure, let’s talk about that too. Going viral was an odd and interesting experience. I was attacked by people on the left and called a billionaire bootlicker, while simultaneously being attacked by people on the right for being a working mom who was demonized as an example of a woman choosing her career over her family. Thankfully I can laugh at myself and I don’t take armchair keyboard ideologues too seriously. Being the main character on the timeline, even for a few minutes, requires a thick skin and a strong sense of self. The real story is pretty simple. I was given a nearly impossible deadline for his first project and as the product lead I would never ask anyone to do anything I wasn’t willing to do myself. So I worked round the clock alongside an amazing team spanning many timezones, and we delivered it on schedule – truly against the odds. It was intense but also fun. Those first few months were wildly crazy but I wanted to be there and I have no regrets. Showing up and giving it your all should, in most cases, be celebrated. Obviously you can’t work at that pace forever but there are moments where bursts are mission critical. I’ve pulled many all-nighters in my career and also when I was a student for something that mattered to me. I don’t regret putting in long hours or being ambitious, and feel proud of how far I’ve come from where I started thanks in part to that type of work ethic. I think of life as a game, and being at Twitter after the acquisition was like playing life at Level 10 on Hard Mode. Since I like taking on difficult challenges I found it interesting and rewarding because I was growing and learning so rapidly. I realize our society today trends toward polarization but when it comes to this app, its owner, and its future, I am neither a fangirl nor a hater — I’m an optimistic pragmatist. This may really irritate the internet but you cannot pigeonhole me into some radical position of either loving or hating every change that’s occurred. I escaped my fundamentalist upbringing and am a free thinker these days. Everyone can be seen as both a hero or a villain, depending on who is telling what angle of the story. Elon doesn’t deserve to be venerated or vilified. He’s a complicated person with an unfathomable amount of financial and geopolitical power which is why humanity needs him to err on the side of goodness, rather than political divisiveness and pettiness. I disagree with many of his decisions and am surprised by his willingness to burn so much down, but with enough money and time, something new & innovative may emerge. I hope it does. Sometimes I get asked about how I felt when I got laid off, and the truth is it was the best gift I’ve ever received. Sure the headlines and punchlines wrote themselves but I was battle hardened by then. I knew that I’d worked in a way where I could walk out with my head held high. I have no bitterness about the Product Management team being dismantled, and it made sense for me to exit as nearly all of the remaining PMs were let go. Going on a sabbatical afterward has been exactly what I needed to decompress and I’m finally feeling rested and relaxed. I’m a creative and a builder, so sooner than later I’ll jump back into a high intensity company but I’m grateful for this season of thinking, reading, traveling and being with people I love. After having time to reflect I believe more than ever that the very best outcomes flow from great leadership that combines the head and the heart. I’d be remiss if I didn’t note that in all of this there is also a cautionary tale for anyone who succeeds at something — which is that the higher you climb, the smaller your world becomes. It’s a strange paradox but the richest and most powerful people are also some of the most isolated. I found myself frequently looking at Elon and seeing a person who seemed quite alone because his time and energy was so purely devoted to work, which is not the model of a life I want to live. Money and fame can create psychological prisons which may worsen mental health conditions. We’ve all seen high profile cases of celebrities who end up with some combination of depression, paranoia, delusions of grandeur, mania and/or erratic behavior. Living in an echo chamber is dangerous and being at the top makes a person even more susceptible to being surrounded by yes people when nearly everyone around you is on the payroll and somehow stands to benefit from being in your orbit. Figuring out how to keep “better angels” around in the form of family, friends, and teammates is critical to staying on the rails and enduring intense ups and downs. Everyone needs to hear hard truths sometimes and if you fire all the people who speak up then the reality distortion field may just turn into a vortex. I was drawn to Twitter because I’m obsessed with the problem of loneliness and connection between people. I find it fascinating & troubling that humans are getting lonelier as we simultaneously create a world that’s both safer and wealthier. I don’t believe that trade-off has to exist, which is why I keep returning to that theme in my personal and professional life. I realize this is too long of a tweet but Twitter was a weird and special place on the internet, and I’m grateful to have played a teeny tiny role in its story and evolution. I’m here for whatever comes next — on this app and in new places. Consumer social is very much alive and at a fascinating juncture, so I’ll be watching and participating and sharing hot takes because I don’t want to, and probably can’t, turn that part of me off. Perhaps X becomes a resounding success. Or it fails epically. Either way, I expect it will continue to be a very entertaining ride. 🫡

A high performance culture pulls everyone up, but the opposite weighs everyone down. Twitter often felt like a place that kept squandering its own potential, which was sad and frustrating to see. The person who was best at cutting through the BS and inspiring a vision during my tenure was Kayvon Beykpour, but he wasn’t fully empowered to run the company since he wasn’t the CEO. Despite those real issues, I was lucky enough to work with some of the most talented people in the business at Twitter in product, design, engineering, research, legal, BD, trust & safety, marketing, PR and more. Often it was a small cross-functional team of intrinsically motivated people who made the biggest impact by challenging some core assumption. Those teams were very fun to be on but they felt like the exception rather than the rule. The months of waiting for the deal to close in 2022 were particularly slow and painful; it felt like leadership hid behind lawyers and legal language as all answers about the company’s future notoriously included the phrase “fiduciary duty”. Colleagues openly talked about how Twitter was being sold because leadership didn’t have conviction in their own plan or ability to fix longstanding problems. Although I didn’t know much about Elon I was cautiously optimistic – I saw him as the guy who built incredible and enduring companies like Tesla and SpaceX, so perhaps his private ownership could shake things up and breathe new life into the company. My take on what’s happened since then is full of lived nuance. When people ask why I stayed it’s easy to answer: optimism, curiosity, personal growth and money. From the beginning I saw that some changes Elon was going to make were smart and others were stupid, but when I’m on a team I uphold the philosophy of “praise in public and criticize in private”. I was far from a silent wallflower. I shared my opinions openly and pushed back often, both before and after the acquisition. I made peace with the fact that I didn’t have psychological safety at Twitter 2.0 and that meant I could be fired at any moment, and for no reason at all. I watched it happen repeatedly and saw how negatively it impacted team morale. Although I couldn’t change the situation I did my best to shine a light on folks who were doing important work while being an emotionally supportive leader for those who were struggling to adapt to the more brutalist and hardcore culture. In person Elon is oddly charming and he’s genuinely funny. He also has personality quirks like telling the same stories and jokes over and over. The challenge is his personality and demeanor can turn on a dime going from excited to angry. Since it was hard to read what mood he might be in and what his reaction would be to any given thing, people quickly became afraid of being called into meetings or having to share negative news with him. At times it felt like the inner circle was too zealous and fanatical in their unwavering support of everything he said. When individuals encouraged me to be careful about what I said I politely thanked them and said I would not be taking their advice. I had no interest in adding to a culture of fear or walking on eggshells around Elon. Either he would respect me for being real or he could fire me. Either outcome was okay. I quickly learned that product and business decisions were nearly always the result of him following his gut instinct, and he didn’t seem compelled to seek out or rely on a lot of data or expertise to inform it. That was particularly frustrating for me since I believed I had useful institutional knowledge that could help him make better decisions. Instead he'd poll Twitter, ask a friend, or even ask his biographer for product advice. At times it seemed he trusted random feedback more than the people in the room who spent their lives dedicated to tackling the problem at hand. I never figured out why and remain puzzled by it. I don’t think things had to be as difficult or dramatic as they turned out to be but I can’t say I’d bet against Elon or count him out. He’s smart and has enough money to make a lot of mistakes and then course correct when things go awry. As the largest shareholder he can tank the value in the short-term, but eventually he’ll need things to turn around. His focus on speed is incredible and he’s obviously not afraid of blowing things up, but now the real measure will be how it get reconstructed and if enough people want the new everything app he is building. I learned a ton from watching Elon up close – the good, the bad and the ugly. His boldness, passion and storytelling is inspiring, but his lack of process and empathy is painful. Elon has an exceptional talent for tackling hard physics-based problems but products that facilitate human connection and communication require a different type of social-emotional intelligence. Social networks are hard to kill but they’re not immune from death spirals. Only time will tell what the outcome will be but I hope X finds its footing because competition is good for consumers. In the meantime, I have a lot of empathy for the employees who are working tirelessly behind the scenes, the advertisers who want a stable platform to sell their stuff on, and the customers who are experiencing chaotic updates. It’s been a madhouse. Twitter moved at the speed of molasses and suffered from bureaucracy but now X is run by a mercurial leader whose instinct is driven by the unique and undoubtedly weird experience of being the biggest voice on the platform. Many of you know me from the sleeping bag incident where I slept on a conference room floor, so I figure, let’s talk about that too. Going viral was an odd and interesting experience. I was attacked by people on the left and called a billionaire bootlicker, while simultaneously being attacked by people on the right for being a working mom who was demonized as an example of a woman choosing her career over her family. Thankfully I can laugh at myself and I don’t take armchair keyboard ideologues too seriously. Being the main character on the timeline, even for a few minutes, requires a thick skin and a strong sense of self. The real story is pretty simple. I was given a nearly impossible deadline for his first project and as the product lead I would never ask anyone to do anything I wasn’t willing to do myself. So I worked round the clock alongside an amazing team spanning many timezones, and we delivered it on schedule – truly against the odds. It was intense but also fun. Those first few months were wildly crazy but I wanted to be there and I have no regrets. Showing up and giving it your all should, in most cases, be celebrated. Obviously you can’t work at that pace forever but there are moments where bursts are mission critical. I’ve pulled many all-nighters in my career and also when I was a student for something that mattered to me. I don’t regret putting in long hours or being ambitious, and feel proud of how far I’ve come from where I started thanks in part to that type of work ethic. I think of life as a game, and being at Twitter after the acquisition was like playing life at Level 10 on Hard Mode. Since I like taking on difficult challenges I found it interesting and rewarding because I was growing and learning so rapidly. I realize our society today trends toward polarization but when it comes to this app, its owner, and its future, I am neither a fangirl nor a hater — I’m an optimistic pragmatist. This may really irritate the internet but you cannot pigeonhole me into some radical position of either loving or hating every change that’s occurred. I escaped my fundamentalist upbringing and am a free thinker these days. Everyone can be seen as both a hero or a villain, depending on who is telling what angle of the story. Elon doesn’t deserve to be venerated or vilified. He’s a complicated person with an unfathomable amount of financial and geopolitical power which is why humanity needs him to err on the side of goodness, rather than political divisiveness and pettiness. I disagree with many of his decisions and am surprised by his willingness to burn so much down, but with enough money and time, something new & innovative may emerge. I hope it does. Sometimes I get asked about how I felt when I got laid off, and the truth is it was the best gift I’ve ever received. Sure the headlines and punchlines wrote themselves but I was battle hardened by then. I knew that I’d worked in a way where I could walk out with my head held high. I have no bitterness about the Product Management team being dismantled, and it made sense for me to exit as nearly all of the remaining PMs were let go. Going on a sabbatical afterward has been exactly what I needed to decompress and I’m finally feeling rested and relaxed. I’m a creative and a builder, so sooner than later I’ll jump back into a high intensity company but I’m grateful for this season of thinking, reading, traveling and being with people I love. After having time to reflect I believe more than ever that the very best outcomes flow from great leadership that combines the head and the heart. I’d be remiss if I didn’t note that in all of this there is also a cautionary tale for anyone who succeeds at something — which is that the higher you climb, the smaller your world becomes. It’s a strange paradox but the richest and most powerful people are also some of the most isolated. I found myself frequently looking at Elon and seeing a person who seemed quite alone because his time and energy was so purely devoted to work, which is not the model of a life I want to live. Money and fame can create psychological prisons which may worsen mental health conditions. We’ve all seen high profile cases of celebrities who end up with some combination of depression, paranoia, delusions of grandeur, mania and/or erratic behavior. Living in an echo chamber is dangerous and being at the top makes a person even more susceptible to being surrounded by yes people when nearly everyone around you is on the payroll and somehow stands to benefit from being in your orbit. Figuring out how to keep “better angels” around in the form of family, friends, and teammates is critical to staying on the rails and enduring intense ups and downs. Everyone needs to hear hard truths sometimes and if you fire all the people who speak up then the reality distortion field may just turn into a vortex. I was drawn to Twitter because I’m obsessed with the problem of loneliness and connection between people. I find it fascinating & troubling that humans are getting lonelier as we simultaneously create a world that’s both safer and wealthier. I don’t believe that trade-off has to exist, which is why I keep returning to that theme in my personal and professional life. I realize this is too long of a tweet but Twitter was a weird and special place on the internet, and I’m grateful to have played a teeny tiny role in its story and evolution. I’m here for whatever comes next — on this app and in new places. Consumer social is very much alive and at a fascinating juncture, so I’ll be watching and participating and sharing hot takes because I don’t want to, and probably can’t, turn that part of me off. Perhaps X becomes a resounding success. Or it fails epically. Either way, I expect it will continue to be a very entertaining ride. 🫡

From Creator to Founder: The Rollercoaster Journey of Building Chatter Social Man, what a journey it’s been so far. Four years ago, I was just another creator, spending late nights on Clubhouse during the height of the pandemic. Like so many others, I was searching for connection, for community, for something meaningful. But what I found there wasn’t just connection—it was purpose. Alongside my brother, Jonathan Bing, we built a nightly show that reached over 5 million people. Imagine that: 5 million lives touched by conversations that felt real and unfiltered, all on a platform that at its peak had 10 million monthly active users. Clubhouse was magic. But then the decline began. Watching the platform struggle, I couldn’t help but reflect: what made it great? What went wrong? And what could the future look like if we did things differently? The Spark of Chatter As a content creator, I understood the needs of both creators and users. I knew what excited people, what kept them engaged, and what made them leave. Clubhouse had tapped into something special, but it had missed the mark on scalability and sustainability. By September 2023, I couldn’t stop thinking about the potential for something new—something that brought back the magic of real-time interaction but made it scalable, engaging, and sticky. And so, I set out to build Chatter Social. But I wasn’t a tech founder. I didn’t have a background in software development or a network of Silicon Valley insiders. What I did have was determination and the belief that if I could bring the right people together, we could build something extraordinary. Building the Team The journey to build Chatter started with assembling a team. Through my network from my days on Clubhouse, I found Samir, my first CTO. He believed in the vision and was instrumental in getting the project off the ground. Shortly after, I connected with Tyler, our Head of Design, whose creativity brought life to our ideas. A developer joined us soon after, and we were off to the races. By the end of 2023, Samir had to step away due to other commitments, and we promoted the developer to CTO. At the same time, I brought on Banko, a Sony music executive, as our CMO. Banko’s connections led to one of our biggest early wins: landing Davido, a global superstar, as an owner-ambassador. To this day, I still marvel at the fact that Davido believed in our vision when all we had were Tyler’s Figma designs. From Dream to Reality Early 2024 was a whirlwind. We hired Yurii and Vasyl, two developers from Ukraine who brought incredible skill and dedication to the team. Vasyl, in particular, stood out as a leader and has since earned an equity position in the company. But despite these wins, we were facing growing pains. Our new CTO struggled to meet deadlines, and as a result, I found myself constantly pushing back the launch date. What started as a January release turned into February, then March, then April, then May. By then, people on Twitter Spaces—where I had been hyping up the platform—started doubting if we even had a product. Launch and Lessons June 1, 2024, marked a turning point. It was the day my son Noah was born and the day we launched Chatter in private beta. We started with just 40 users, but by the end of the month, we had grown to 1,000. The engagement was unbelievable. Users loved it, even though we had launched with just one feature: live rooms. This represented less than 20% of what we had planned, but it was enough to show that we were onto something big. In July, we launched our public beta on the App Store as an invite-only platform. Within 48 hours, Chatter ranked as a top 30 social app in over 30 countries. But our invite system throttled access, and most users couldn’t get in. While engagement metrics soared for those inside, our AWS costs exploded. In August, our AWS bill hit $10,000. By September, it had climbed to $15,000, and we were drowning in bugs and glitches. The breaking point came when our CTO became unresponsive, often disappearing during critical moments. Users were dropping off, frustrated by the issues, developers were confused and the team was also growing increasingly frustrated, I made the tough decision to let him go. A New Beginning Enter Horane, a long-time user of Chatter who had been with us since private beta. He was the first to discover some of the most innovative use cases for the platform and had a deep passion for its potential. After meeting him in person at a Chatter event, I knew he was the right person to step into the CTO role. When Horane took over, we discovered just how bad the situation was. Key areas of the codebase were locked, and there were no separate environments for development and production. Every fix seemed to break something else. But through sheer determination and countless 18-hour days, Horane stabilized the platform. Today, Chatter is far from perfect, but it’s stable. The bugs that plagued us have been reduced to moderate issues, and our core users—those who stuck with us through the chaos—are still engaged on the platform. Looking Ahead: Chatter V2 While the platform is stable now, we’ve shifted our focus to Chatter V2. This is where the magic really begins. V2 isn’t just an improvement; it’s a complete reimagining of the platform. It includes all the features we couldn’t release in V1 because we were too busy putting out fires. Imagine this: Chatter V1, with only one live feature, was incredibly sticky. Now think about what happens when we release a fully loaded platform with all the innovative features we’ve been working on behind the scenes. The possibilities are endless. V2 is slated to hit TestFlight by the end of December, with a public release in January 2025. And this time, we’re ready—not just with the product but with the lessons we’ve learned. The Hard Lessons This journey has taught me more than I ever thought possible: 1) Your Team is Everything: The right people can make or break your vision. Finding people who believe in your mission is just as important as finding people with the right skills. 2) Adaptability is Key: As a non-technical founder, I had to learn about development, DevOps, and product management on the fly. Challenges will push you to grow, whether you’re ready or not. 3) Trust the Process: Every setback, every delay, every bug—it all taught us something. Without those lessons, we wouldn’t be building the incredible V2 product we are today. 4) Resilience is Non-Negotiable: From technical disasters to predatory investors who tried to exploit my desperation, I’ve had to fight for this vision every step of the way. What’s Next December is shaping up to be an exciting month. We have some amazing events planned on the platform to close out the year, bringing our core community together as we prepare for the V2 launch. When V2 drops, it will mark a new era for Chatter. This isn’t just a social audio platform or a social audiovisual platform. Chatter is all about interactive experiences—making social media social again in ways that are truly unique. The public launch is slated for February 2025, and for the first time, we’ll have the marketing dollars to tell the world about Chatter. Our core community has been our biggest cheerleaders, and I can’t wait to see how the world reacts when they experience what we’ve built. Final Thoughts This has been the hardest year of my life, but also the most rewarding. To other founders, or anyone thinking about starting a company: know this—it will test you in ways you can’t imagine. You’ll face betrayal, doubt, and moments where you feel like giving up. So I just, I, at first I thought she had made a mistake. It couldn't be, you know, $6.2 trillion, maybe $6.2 billion. And even then that would be a huge sum to lose track of. "And so I found the report myself and I just started looking at it. Just all kinds of strange examples of transactions that couldn't be accounted for. And so I just started asking questions, and then Catherine and I were in touch with one another and we said, let's try to systematically look over the years for all of these reports that exist and just sum them up and tally them and see what we can learn. "And you know, so they don't, they typically don't produce a report like this every year for the Army or every year for the Navy, etc. They only do them every once in a while. So we tallied them all up for the DOD as well as Housing and Urban Development. And we found, from official government sources, $21 trillion in transactions for which there were no clear explanation. "And so we just asked the question and it, it happened at that time, back in 2016, '17, '18, it, it, the, the total debt was about $21 trillion. So it just got a lot of exposure in the media, like, wow. "So in that sense I think people started to ask questions and it got a little bit of attention, which I think is good. But the challenge was is that the federal government, rather than addressing it, on the one side they said they were going to address the challenge and they said, we're going to conduct our first official external audit of the DOD ever. And after it completed that, it did not pass the audit and has not since. So it's been about eight years."

I HAVE A VERY SENSITIVE MATTER HERE🛑 "My name is Steve Muikia a Kenyan innovator who dreamt of transforming our Financial Ecosystem. I used to be a banker at Co-operative Bank from 2010 to 8th January 2015 and one of my roles as Loans Clerk was remitting Money to different accounts and banks had no Pesalink Coop Bank fired me in Jan 2015 and my last day of service was 8th January 2015. After leaving bank , I formally documented and registered a real-time, interbank money transfer system: the #AllinOneBanking Innovation as well as #AirMoneyVirtualBankTransferSolutionInnovation. I shared it with Central Bank of Kenya (Official), Kenya Bankers Association and PesaLink- all institutions acknowledged receipt in writing as shown in the attached bundle. But what followed was betrayal. The innovation was implemented — as PesaLink — without my knowledge, consent, or Compensation. What I submitted was not a vague "idea." It was a copyrighted innovation, registered and certified by Kenya Copyright Board Despite everything, I remained hopeful. I sought an amicable resolution through diplomacy. My letters were ignored by the infringing parties. I followed what the law says about seeking legal redress in disputes and went to court in 2019 and in good faith. But the judiciary failed me. After waiting and going through a Painstaking trial court process for 4 years, My case was dismissed on a technicality — the judge said that I used the word “idea” instead of “innovation.” . That was a blatant lie. She also quoted another reason for dismissal - She said I was an employee when I was creating #Pesalink - this was another lie. I left Co-op Bank Kenya on 8th January 2015 and therefore when the whole drama started ie on 19th May 2015 when I went to CBK I was not a bank employee- nilikuwa raia wa kawaida. Co-op Bank Kenya can confirm this and drop my Certificate of Service showing my last day of service was 8th January 2015 When the innovations were registered at KECOBO again I was not a 🏦 employee. We wanted to raise these facts in our appeal but the judge has completely blocked my chances of appealing. My final submissions were filed in February 2023. For over 4 months, no judgment was delivered- this was an incidence of breaking the law. To this day, over two years later, I am still waiting for a written judgment from the Judge and she has totally refused to release Written Judgement over 2 FULL YEARS😡 to facilitate filing of an APPEAL I raised this with Judicial Service Commission Kenya in 2023, again in 2024 then in 2025 to help me get an appeal rolling, and they responded on 5th March 2025. I am still waiting😓 My right to appeal was blocked — not by justice, but by deliberate judicial delay. To this day the defendants ie Kenya Bankers Association, CBK and IPSL have never claimed costs and they have nothing legal as proof that the matter was ended conclusively Why have the defendants ie Kenyan Banks and CBK not claimed the costs that were awarded to them ? Is this normal? Isn't this an oddity? To date they haven't claimed a coin from me, this is unlike banks. Why has the Judge sat on the written judgement for over 2 yrs now? Isn't this breaking the law? Meanwhile, banks continue to profit from a platform I created. And I’m reduced to hawking serviettes on the streets to survive as shown in the attached video. 1.This is the 7th year of pursuing justice. Is this not an injustice? 2. Why would a High Court Judge obstinately refuse to release Written Judgment for over 2 years? She has effectively crushed my chances of filing an Appeal - isn't this Miscarriage of Justice and Violation of the Constitution What legal questions flood your mind when the judge awards costs to the defendants and 2 years after there is NO APPEAL but the defendants have never asked even a coin from me or my lawyer?is that normal?
