Colby is the only fighter to say he’s content with his pay because he wants to stay in the good books of the UFC and its bosses. The UFC in the past has done him favours, e.g., giving him a underserved title shot vs Leon. Colby is probably saying this because he wants another favour, he wants to fight someone who is a stylistically easier matchup for him like Wonderboy 🤦‍♂️

I hate Strickland but he's right. Boxing fighters make a lot more money than top UFC fighters and not every fighter becomes champion. Those guys make 12k/12k before, taxes, paying coaches etc
