The cold front has nearly cleared the far southeast, with showers now following in behind 🌦️ Heavy, blustery showers, continuing across Scotland too ⛈️

I normally have cold showers to help reduce inflammation. I recently introduced a cold bath. Shallow water but it’s a start 😄 Have you tried “cold therapy” before?

It’s a cold day for late March and with an unstable atmosphere, we’ve seen plenty of showers🌦️ It’s cold enough for hail and sleet in the heaviest showers and some snow over the hills, especially in the north ❄️ Have you seen anything wintry today?

Wednesday morning brings sunshine and showers 🌦️ Some showers could be heavy with some hail and thunder, and turning wintry over high ground ❄️ Feeling cold in brisk northerly winds 🥶
