The cold front has nearly cleared the far southeast, with showers now following in behind 🌦️ Heavy, blustery showers, continuing across Scotland too ⛈️

It’s a cold day for late March and with an unstable atmosphere, we’ve seen plenty of showers🌦️ It’s cold enough for hail and sleet in the heaviest showers and some snow over the hills, especially in the north ❄️ Have you seen anything wintry today?

Wednesday morning brings sunshine and showers 🌦️ Some showers could be heavy with some hail and thunder, and turning wintry over high ground ❄️ Feeling cold in brisk northerly winds 🥶

April showers have come a few days early! 🌦️ Sunny spells and blustery showers this afternoon with a cold and very gusty northwesterly wind 🌬️ Many of the showers will contain hail and sleet and could turn thundery in places, with snow over hills, especially in the north ⛈️❄️

Gales and snow showers could cause local disruption for northern Scotland to start New Year's Day 🌨️ Showers of rain will drift southwards across other areas of the UK, with sunnier spells emerging behind 🌦️ Feeling cold for all
