🎥 Colin Cowherd on the Miami Dolphins head coaching vacancy: “Miami doesn’t bottom out much. Even though they miss out on coaches and QBs, it always feels like they’re hovering around .500… I think it’s an attractive job.” (Herd w/Colin Cowherd) #PhinsUp

@TheHerd Always hovering around .500 is not a good thing. It’s called the mediocrity merry go round and the Dolphins have been on it for 26 years

@TheHerd He’s not wrong. They’re consistently middle of the pack. Always right around 8-9.

@TheHerd Pros: Amazing weather. No state income tax. Cons: Cap Hell. Incompetent Owner. The HC Job isn’t the most stable. The culture in the organization is not good. The past 25 years Zero playoff success. No QB. It’s a good retirement job.

@TheHerd such a positive sentiment for such a dogshit team lol

@TheHerd Tons of strip clubs to keep players happy

@TheHerd The hockey team in Florida makes more sense than the Miami Dolphins.

@TheHerd They don't have a qb, and it seems like most of these teams have the hardest time finding one. Mike Tomlin is a perfect example. That guy is a great coach, but he can not find a qb to replace Rothlensberger.

@TheHerd He’s right and I hate Coward. Our biggest problem is literally the city. It’s a culture that is the opposite of the strict life of football. What the team needs is a coach who will balance a strict culture but also not be an asshole about it

@TheHerd We’ve had 2 top 6 picks in 5 years….

@TheHerd He got a point

@TheHerd And that’s exactly one of the main reasons they never get any better. You can’t keep landing in the middle pick in the draft every year and expect to get better.
