EA Sports CFB25 released their Sights & Sounds Deep Dive today and I am DISAPPOINTED! The main theme they use in the video is "Every Team Is Somebody's Favorite" and if you are going to make that claim, then I will hold you to it. My favorite school is the one I attended, Baylor University, and it has been clipped and used in both CFB25 videos with a GLARING mistake to anyone who went to Baylor. The Baylor Line is missing! Every year the freshman class gets a Baylor Line Jersey at the Freshman Line Camp before school starts. They spend a week learning about the school, each other, and our traditions which all leads up to getting a gold Line Jersey with your graduation year as the number and your last name or nickname on the back. Once football starts the Freshman show up hours early in their jersey to each home game and wait in the brutal Texas heat to be in the Baylor Line. Right before the game starts the freshman class runs onto the field in a frenzie to get to the other side of the field and form the tunnel that the team will run through. This is a tradition that is so crazy and dangerous that the NCAA outlawed it and grandfathered Baylor in as the one school allowed. The last home game of the season the graduating senior class gets to join the Freshman and run the line one last time in a double sized mosh pit to send them off how they entered. This tradition is near and dear to Baylor student's hearts. I remember my first time running with my roommate and best friend who both were in my wedding years later. I couldn't wait to watch my brother run his first line when he got here, then getting to run my last line at the last home game as a senior with my brother who was a freshman. I still take a video at every home opener to compare the sizes of the freshman classes, and because it gives me nostalgia and is the thing that makes me really feel that college football has started. So, with all of that, I am calling on College Football 27 and EA SPORTS to please add the biggest Baylor football tradition to the game. My favorite game of all time is NCAA 14, and I am literally taking off work July 19th (my birthday as well if that helps) to play this game, I just want it to be perfect. 🙏 #SicEm #Baylor #CFB25

6’3 Vincennes Sophomore PG LeBron Thomas has been one of the best Guards in Juco this season. So far he’s averaging 15 PPG 4 RPG 6 APG 46% FG LeBron has been a key part of his teams 22-3 record so far leading them in PPG, and APG. Thomas has a strong ability to find his teammates and make plays for them. He’s a good finisher who is great at drawing fouls and also has a strong mid range jumper as well. Thomas has also had some massive games this season including a 39/10/6 game vs Triton and a 14 assist game vs Southwestern Illinois.

NEWS: Memphis is setting up a zoom with Mississippi State transfer 6’10” big Jamarion Davis-Fleming, per source. Has held zooms with Kentucky, USC, Georgia, Marquette, and Vanderbilt. Was a 4⭐️ out of HS and played for Team Thad. Put up 3.7 PPG 4.8 REB and 1.3 BLK in 20 min per game as a freshman. Athletic, solid hands, and very good defensive instincts. Gets after it around the rim and would fit well in Memphis’ uptempo system as a rim-running, defensive-first big.

I’ve been really impressed with what Illinois freshman Keaton Wagler has done through the first nine games of the season: 13.8 PPG 5.6 RPG 2.3 APG 42.2 FG% 34.1 3PT% 81.8 FT% Wagler has been productive early, scoring at all three levels and finishing well at the rim with his length and athleticism. He rebounds his position well, has shown flashes as a creator, has consistently gotten to the free-throw line, and while he’s still a bit slender, he has the frame to add strength over time. Very intriguing two-way prospect.

Through his first four games he’s averaging 20/3/5 while shooting 50% from the field and 42% from three on 6 attempts a game. Acuff has been one of the early best freshmen and draft prospects in college basketball this season, with his ability to score and playmake. After Freshman year I was given a verbal offer by a D2 program Kentucky Wesleyan Football, after sophomore year I was given a verbal offer by a D1 FCS program in HOWARD FOOTBALL . That summer I was in contact with 10+ D1 schools.. traveled to Kentucky Football , EKU Football , West Virginia Football , WKU Football , Cincinnati Bearcats, Miami Football. Junior year I had a hamstring injury, played 3 games. This year, Senior year, I was hip drop tackled twice and over came two high ankle sprains within 6 weeks. I know what the adversity wall looks like, I know what injuries look like, but I’ve never ran from it, only ran through it! The film don’t lie, performed against the best competition in the state, and have great film of nothing but blocking as well. Pierre Rondo Jr. just Played in his first State Tourney.. Hes 13 years old, had to leave middle school early to Play in the Kentucky State Tourney.. Something no other Rondo has done before.. He’s playing against 19 year old hold back seniors and all that.. Vs Lyon County.. 25 PTS 7 AST 4 REBS He is the best 8th Grader in KY history and the best Player in the state of Kentucky. This is crazy..

Through his first five games Lewis is averaging 21/4/4 while shooting 58% from three on 6 attempts a game. Lewis has also been a major part of Saint Mary’s 5-0 start. Lewis is one of the best shooters and passers in the class who excels with and without the ball. Lewis has shot a very impressive 58% from three so far this season on high usage and he’s shot well off the move, off the dribble or on a spot up look. Lewis also has the ability to create his own look at the rim. As a passer Lewis has great court vision and can find his teammates from all over the court. Still early but Lewis has made a strong case for the NBA Draft with his mix of size, shooting, and passing at his age.

As we wrap up our games for the year, we want to take a moment to reflect on the journey we've had since March. Our season has been filled with excitement, running right through to this bank holiday weekend, culminating in a total of 1,002 games played. We were fortunate with the weather, allowing our games to proceed smoothly. A huge thank you to all the coaches from U8 to minor who trained each week, preparing their players and coaching them on match days. Your commitment is truly appreciated. We also extend our gratitude to all clubs for hosting games, as well as our officials and coaching and games staff who assisted during the latter stages of the programme. This initiative could not function without the invaluable support of our volunteers, coaches, club officials, and parents who travel to support their children. Congratulations to all winning teams, especially our U8 boys who completed their first year representing their clubs. Asked Joe Mazzulla what has allowed Baylor Scheierman to be effective even when playing in small stints: “He works really hard, so he's always prepared. His confidence never waivers — whether he plays well or whether he makes a mistake, his confidence in his ability to impact winning is always there, and that helps a lot. And he can make an impact regardless of how many minutes he plays. So it's really just his preparation, his mindset, his ability to impact possessions, which is important for our team, and he can do all three under kind of any circumstance.”
