I actually don't like leaders who work like this, Leaders should empower systems. He should be asking who is responsible and get a long lasting solution. Will he be doing that every day?

If you know him well, you would know its not his first time and last time doing this. He has done it while he was MP nakawa...he did it before he was MP. The camera just happened to catch him being himself. 👌 Authentic leadership.

This is not his work. I don't like this kind of BALAM and NAMABERE hypocrisy. If u a leader, u expected to solve problems at a strategic level, not case by case. So should we wait for him at every road at the same time each day? Just come up with holistic problem solutions
