Consistency and true swing change come from years of learning how to move properly. When athletes get strong, develop great habits, and understand how to control their center, development skyrockets. Stay patient. Stay consistent. Prioritize movement over results. The swing is built on movement, not mechanics. Control your center, and the rest of the body follows. Adjustability, power, and consistency all start here. At the end of the day, I don’t care what a swing looks like I care how the body moves. Day one of Roberto De Zerbi at Tottenham Hotspur is in the books, and a couple of small moments already say a lot about how meticulous he is. No matter how minor or major the situation, he coaches what the game presents. The first example came when he approached Dominic Solanke. During a small sided game, Solanke was using constant movement, checking runs and changing direction to create space. When play paused, De Zerbi stepped in to explain that in tight areas, locking/shielding the defender directly can actually create more space surrounding him to receive, without needing movement. We asked the locals what is the most problems they encounter in their daily living in the island, they answered; "A lot of trash accumulates by the seaside because the waves bring it ashore here."🥹🧡 So we planned, talked about it, things needed,what are the things we need to do, and everything during our meetings to execute this movement successfully🧡 We executed the movement successfully and we cleaned the shore and the locals thanked us and we are so happy to give the best service that we can offer to them, it is voluntary. Pediatricians are about to lose a huge portion of their income now that so many parents are declining vaccines and they don't get those sweet incentive programs based on the percentage of patients vaccinated, so they're not worried about their health, just the enormous amount of money they're about to lose now that parents are waking up to this demonic racket we call medicine. The pediatrician our kiddo has been seeing for the past year said they're going to kick us out in January at his next scheduled checkup if we don't give him the booster shots, so we called her out on it and said she must care more about the money than the health of our kid, and she went silent for 15-20 seconds while staring at her tablet before I asked her how much she makes from those 3 shots he's due for from blue cross blue shield. She looked down and shook her head and said we should stop believing everything we read on the Internet, and I said she should go get her money back from the school she went to because they didn't teach her basic science and how no vaccine has ever been safety tested with a pure saline placebo. Also reiterated the fact that I mentioned the last time we talked that there has never been a study on the safety of injected aluminum into infants and it's a roulette for brain damage from abhorrent quality control practices via a lack of legal liability. Again no response and just silence before we said we're done here and walked out and told the receptionist/admin that we're not coming back again, so go ahead and cancel that checkup. They asked why, and I said it's because you people prey on children for money and are kicking us out because we don't want to poison our kid with aluminum and other toxic ingredients. She stared at me like she saw a ghost and before saying with the most condescending tone possible "we're sorry to hear you feel that way, call us if you've done more research and changed your mind, and we can reschedule it." There is not a strong enough word to describe how much I hate our medical system. I don't think these people have bad intent in their heart, but I do think greed plays a huge role, and that greed is fueled by the need for as much money as possible to pay off the exorbitant amount of student loans they have. So kicking us out because we won't vaccinate is moreso a self preservation response imo. The system is evil and they're pressured to conform or they lose their life's work. Burn it down and start over. Allopathy must end.

The pediatrician our kiddo has been seeing for the past year said they're going to kick us out in January at his next scheduled checkup if we don't give him the booster shots, so we called her out on it and said she must care more about the money than the health of our kid, and she went silent for 15-20 seconds while staring at her tablet before I asked her how much she makes from those 3 shots he's due for from blue cross blue shield. There is not a strong enough word to describe how much I hate our medical system. I don't think these people have bad intent in their heart, but I do think greed plays a huge role, and that greed is fueled by the need for as much money as possible to pay off the exorbitant amount of student loans they have.
