College students threw a huge backyard party and instead of complaining, their neighbors joined the fun by lifting a baby and their dogs over the fence to greet the crowd. The party erupted in cheers. Pure wholesome neighborhood energy.

This man and his wife bought their house a year ago. Their next door neighbor has dogs . After several months they became frustrated because they said the dogs barked all night. Several neighbors and themselves sent letters of complaint to Animal Control. So, the neighbors with the dogs built a 15 foot fence! 😂 There is no HOA or city ordinance governing the heights of a fence there. They even put the 2 x 4’s on the outside. 😂 Do you think the man is overreacting when he says his family can’t use their sunroom anymore? Or, do you think the owner of the dogs overreacted by building the fence that high? What would you do?
