Nope…no mammogram for me. I had breast cancer in 2021-2022, and you still can’t get me to go back for one today.

I had a friend who does annual mammograms parties at an event venue. Free mammograms. She yelled at me for not going and yelled more because I'VE NEVER HAD ONE DONE. My gut has always said no. Got to follow your gut. There is a reason healthcare is a 'science'.

No more for me either. Never felt good about that mammogram! Like why don’t they look for cancer on my baby toe or knee cap? It’s all the entry or tender points of our body they want!!

Never have been safe or effective. Instead self exam, thermograms, sonograms, blood testing that is reliable and watch for symptoms that arise from nowhere.

Never had a mammogram had to have a colonoscopy for a whole other reason but never had a mammogram and haven’t had a Pap smear since I had my kids. All they do is put things in you that don’t belong.

My great aunt died from a colonoscopy. They perforated her colon and sent her home. She died infected in terrible pain. Nope, no way.
