The coloured pencil design is a stupid concept really. It looks crap.

So whose video is this? I would love to follow a custom guitar maker with content like this. If only there was a credit somewhere that would lead me to him.....

Clients can be wrong, but in this case, the client pushed the guy to do the best work. The money was absolutely correct—2nd guitar looks 1000x better.

I mean, what didn't he client expect? Only so much you can do to make this function and not gall apart. I think it looks sick and I would damn sure be happy to add this to my collection. I would be concerned about structural integrity over the years but sick!

Use @openscad first to present a simulation and get agreement 🤝 before building. All engineering starts from requirements for a reason.

Gotta cover artist creep in your contract to prevent asshats from constantly changing the project on you. That way if they want significant changes, they pay more for your time and materials.
