Ealing Borough Council wants to develop sports facilities on part of the site and says the rest would be rewilded. Campaigners say plans threaten endangered plants & wildlife species and that alternative sites would be better for development

@WarrenFarmNR @BBCLondonNews Thank you for covering this story. I have lived near Warren Farm for decades and walk there regularly. Great to see your footage shows the site is not some dystopian wasteland as suggested by recent council tweets.

I want sports facilities in my area. Just not there. Maybe Ealing council shouldn’t have sold the old sports facilities in the first place
