I got a letter offering me the flu shot. I wrote on envelope, nope. I do not wish to kill myself.

Stupidly I had 3 covid jabs and flu jabs I stopped that nearly 3 years ago and same for my son I regret ever having them for us both. I've told school now I DO NOT consent to my son having the nasal spray and my son knows what to do if the fuckers try.

My surgery rang yesterday to see if I would like an appointment that day for a "wellness check" so they can see if there's any meds I need to take, absolutely not I said. Same surgery been telling my daughter for a week that there's no available appointments.
