Severely sleep deprived. Heightened anxiety. OCD kicking hard. Over committed to plans that I WANT to do, yet my body is rebelling. Halp. Here’s some insight into a time consuming, shoulder-breaking, tedious yet necessary daily chore that takes hours - just prepping my birds pellets, grinding them down with a stainless steel muddler, to cater to their preference for smaller pieces. Same pellets will be ignored and kicked out of the cage if given to them as they come packaged. So here I am, dying for sleep, 4am, wanting to cry from exhaustion, and in need of a break to vent.
