Bush used autopens. Trump used autopens. The DOJ issued an opinion in 2005 stating that autopens on bills and executive orders are fine.

Republicans can’t beat the policy, so they’re suing the signature. Autopen derangement syndrome is real.

Wow in 2028 we should campaign on putting a surgeon general's advisory on Fox News programming - watching this earnestly would seriously decrease your IQ!

The problem is the same as him not having any evidence that the Biden family did anything wrong he doesn’t have any evidence that Biden used the auto pen to sign any executive order. He makes shit up and when he can’t find any evidence to prove what he made up, it’s a conspiracy

Trump literally admitted to using the autopen 3 months ago

this is just another circus act. moscovia's tools trying to create confusion while they weaken the rule of law. autopen or not, it’s about control, not legality. no one should fall for this distraction.

I swear Comer is going to die clutching a Biden photo... can't just let anything go.

This is false. Presidents for hundreds of years have been using an autopen. I’m more concerned about Trump signing executive orders he apparently has no idea what they’re about.

But I guess EOs that violate the Constitution are fine as long as they're signed with a sharpie...
