Comet Shortcuts are here. Create shortcuts for repetitive, multi-step tasks, frequent searches, or time-consuming prompts. Just type "/" to set one up.

muscle memory ftw

can we publish shortcuts we create to a community library that can uprank the most useful ones?

Excellent, check Text Blaze for how to expand on this. I'll stick with them for now but this is a great start thank you.

Shortcuts are what separate casual users from power users. Already using it.

I have signed up for the waitlists for about 3 weeks now and I also retweeted and posted on X to get an invite but still I haven’t received anything is this what FOMO feels like 😞

Comet team is firing on all cylinders. Thank you. You guys are awesome

When for Linux ?

✨ Here is a Comet invite: I’ve some more invites left! Follow + RT + reply below = chance to get one!

Would be cool if you could save {variables} in the query, aka you could type “/date-night 2, office”

Comet Shortcuts.. intriguing! This PLUS strong prompt engineering could unlock serious workflow gains, esp for complex projects.. Thoughts?

COOL

So, Dia doesn't have much competitive advantage now? @diabrowser let's go, guys, do something crazy!

@perplexity_ai I need to see my extension running in Comet, but I’m on 2020 Mac hot as Satan’s sandals…slowed me down tremendously the last months. 1st product shipped for testing & could use tests/figure out flows in Comet, or others- that are next level! Who all wants a copy? @writenode

I wish I had Comet. I signed up for whitelist a long time ago :(

Why can't we install PWAs like in Brave? The only missing features compared to Brave!

Waiting for the invite!!!

is it as a Chrome or Firefox?

Can anyone here share an invite

Damn i want that invite already @PerplexityComet

Pro user looking for an invite

@PerplexityComet Can I get an invite please?

Shortcuts turn everyday tasks into one-click flows—huge boost for power users and a perfect on-ramp for new ones. Love seeing this evolve so quickly.

That's great. Will you ever give the option of installing web apps in windows, like they're windows apps? i.e. shortcuts in the taskbar

@AravSrinivas your voice typing is not better than @diabrowser

Guys for us to try #comet we have to pay 200 bucks a month...why not let people try it out a 14 day trial so we can test it, then decide if it works for our work flow

Hey! I’ve been really curious about your product and would love to give it a try. Any chance you could share a code with me? I’m dying to test it out!

Add search by image please #2

give me invite code asap.

Awesome ✨

Can you remove the pop ups asking me to make it my default broswer every time I use comet, it is very very very annoying

can we have bookmarks here?

If the Comet browser would now also offer the possibility to arrange tabs vertically…

Hope is vertical tabs are coming
