2. Creating a design spec for devs used to take hours. With annotations in Dev Mode, you can add properties and design details with just a few clicks.

3. Draw measurements the way you’ve wanted. Simply click and drag to add — they’ll stay up to date even as your designs change.

4. All the details, crystal clear. Annotations in Dev Mode show up by default and stay attached to your design layers so that they’re immediately seen.

5. More ways to diff. Compare between any two frames to see what’s changed, both visually and in code.

6. Get what you need from Figma without leaving VS Code. Dev Mode plugins now run in the VS Code extension.

7. Customize Dev Mode with your favorite plugin. You can now set them to run automatically. Or, with Enterprise, do it for your entire organization.

Honestly, this is supposed to be a base function of design tool which outputs are meant to be used by devs. Definitely not for $35/dev/month, that's not scalable for teams with dozes or even hundreds of devs.

$35/dev/month is way too high for enterprise customers...

How about annotations in design mode too? I would find that more useful to be honest.

Great news! These new Dev Mode features in Figma will significantly boost design and development synergy.
