Caesar III, running natively on iPad and iOS. Caesar III has never had a public iPad build. As far as I can find, nobody has even posted video of it running on one before. Not an emulator. CaesarPad runs Augustus as a native ARM64 iPadOS app. No Windows machine being simulated, no game being streamed from a Mac. The game was built for a mouse in 1998. Apple Pencil might be better. Place buildings, draw roads, open advisors and run the city by touching it directly. Fingers move and zoom the map while Pencil handles precision. Classic Age of Empires will have to wait. Mario Kart 64, running natively on iOS and iPad, with touch controls designed for racing. The Mario Kart 64 decompilation community spent years reconstructing the original game code in C. Harbour Masters turned that into SpaghettiKart, the source port. I built the iOS layer on top. Not an emulator. The game code is compiled for ARM64 and renders through Metal. Your ROM is only used to generate the asset archive, on device. No N64 hardware being simulated, no streaming from a Mac. It isn't limited to the N64's original output resolution, and MK64 Reloaded's HD pack replaces the original artwork on top of that. That's the pack running in the video. Steering is genuinely analog, not left and right taps. Separate layouts for iPad and iPhone, and optional tilt steering. Pair a Bluetooth controller and it takes over. Four-player selection works and two-player split screen runs. Two other public SpaghettiKart iOS builds exist, Sunset-Dawn's and rebelancap's. Both install on an iPad. Neither was built around one. I used Codex 5.6 Sol to build real touch controls for Fallout 2 on iPad. Fallout 2 was the one people kept asking for after RCT2. It's built on Fallout 2 Community Edition, the engine alexbatalov and a lot of contributors have poured years into. CE already runs on iOS, but you move a cursor around like a trackpad. VaultPad drops the cursor. Tap the ground to walk. Tap a door to open it. Tap an enemy to shoot. Combat puts your attack and its AP cost right on screen. Played an hour of it on the couch last night. Let's take a trip back to the year 2000! Behold, the power of mother Russia! Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 (Westwood Studios, 2000) is hands down one of the best RTS games I ever played. Hard to believe it's been 26 years since its release. My love for Westwood Studios started with Dune 2, so naturally when the original Command & Conquer was released, I had to get my hands on it. And so it began, the journey through all the sequels. Red Alert 2 was is simply bigger and better than it's predecessors (which were already great), had some iconic cutscenes, great acting (well, for a game) and of course Agent Tanya! A single player campain (Allied or Soviet) and a multiplayer option (LAN or online) - for 2000 this game had everything. I miss Westwood...

I solved building decks with AI agents — by giving them a CLI tool like Powerpoint or Google Slides. AI could already make a beautiful deck if you asked it to using Ant's pptx skill. The problem was working with it. If it made one alignment mistake, fixing it on one slide would break something on another, and it became a game of whack-a-mole. One time I spent two days playing AI roulette, hoping the next prompt would finally fix the thing, and ended up building the whole deck by hand because I was on a deadline. So I built Hands-on Deck. And the reason it works is that this isn't just a skill — this is PowerPoint. The actual application: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, whatever you use. This is that, but for an agent, presented as a CLI. Every gesture you make in a deck app maps to a command. Click a box and type, drag a shape from here to there, look at a slide – agent can do it all in a command. And that changes how the agent behaves. With this CLI it works and thinks like a designer — it looks, makes an edit, looks again, makes another surgical edit. Compare that to Anthropic's pptx skill, built on the idea that Claude is a great programmer: it literally writes code to manipulate the deck, hand-editing XML and hoping it doesn't break anything else in the middle. The real test isn't creating something once — it's whether it can make surgical edits like you want. That's what I did in this video walkthrough and my claude crushed it! Check it out for yourself. So decks can be built like a designer now — with real flavor and taste. If you spend hours every week on decks, this gives those hours back.
