O-Line Strain Drill - The strain drill begins with the offensive lineman in a proper fit position with elbows bent. - All drills should start with the offensive lineman's feet on fire rather than from a static position. - On the ready command, the player's feet must move, and on the go command, the hips should be the first thing to activate the drive movement. - During the drill, the defensive player maintains outside leverage on the shoulder pads and attempts to pull the lineman off the line. - Offensive linemen must focus on maintaining fast feet, staying square, and keeping a strong position with their elbows squeezed. - This drill is designed to train players for the finish phase of blocking a defensive lineman or for second-level strikes on linebackers. The Chinese PLA Southern Theater Command recently dispatched a naval task group headed by Type-055 guided-missile destroyer #Zunyi (Hull 107) to conduct training exercises in the waters east of the Philippine Luzon Island. The training exercises focused on live-fire drills, air-sea coordination, rapid maneuver, and replenishment at sea, aiming to test the troops’ joint operations capabilities. The training exercises are necessary operations carried out in response to the current regional situation, and are fully in compliance with international law and practice. Quick look at some Ks from Grant Richardson’s (‘25, elig.) outing on Friday. Physical 6-3/220 build. Longer out the glove with a whippy arm to release. Shows a high usage FB (75%) and a hard SL. FB sat 92-94 T96 (1) that produced some in-zone whiff (10). SL is short/depthy at 85-87 getting chase whiffs (8) under barrels. 30.2 innings of a 2.93 ERA this season. Collin Bland’s (Collin Bland) BP is must watch. Just pokes balls out all over the field. Lives through the middle consistently with the ball coming off the bat with effortless force. Broke the Prep Baseball Super 60 average exit velocity record back in February, while coming in 2nd overall in max exit velocity ever for the event. Batting .415 with a .652 OBP, and a 1.384 OPS on the season. Also has an absurd 41 BB to just 7 K’s. Must watch talent at the state tournament this week in Murfreesboro #TNHS26 // Shooter Hunt

This makes it easier to read linked content without leaving the app and improves multitasking for web research. The plugin can be enabled manually in settings. - Improved iCloud sync. Obsidian no longer waits to confirm that configuration files have synced. - New mobile onboarding. This guided flow helps new mobile users create and sync a vault. - New "Download attachments for current file" command. Downloads all externally embedded images and replaces the external links with internal embeds. This is literally the easiest way to build an AI agent. Zero code. You only need to run a couple of commands. (I've said this before, but Google ADK is my favorite way to build code-first agents.) Here is what you need to do: 1. Open your terminal and create an empty folder 2. Run `uv init` inside the folder (if you don't have uv installed, you are really missing out!) 3. Install the google-adk library using the following command: `uv add google-adk`. 4. At this point, you can use the ask to create your agent with a single command: `uv run adk create --type=config my_agent`. This will ask you a couple of questions, including your GEMINI_API_KEY (you can create one online). 5. The command above will create a my_agent/root_agent.yaml file. Open it and add the following two lines at the end of the file so your agent can use Google to search for stuff: tools: - name: google_search 6. You have everything you need now. Run the adk web interface and start playing with your agent: `uv run adk web` That's it! Literally zero code. The agent works off the YAML configuration file.

I'm oddly proud and stoked about this one - live video preview w/ audio of the Robotron AI training on the web. You can watch it live here: I started simple yesterday, a canvas I updated with a snapshot of the game that I pumped over a socket from an emulator session. That evolved into a video tag with a properly encoded video stream, and today I spent a full damned day almost adding audio and keeping it in sync with the game (which runs at an uncorked and unpredictable framerate). Assuming my machine can handle the load, it's available for viewing pleasure now at the link above :-) You have to click on the preview to enable the audio, and you can turn it off/on at the bottom of the page. Thanks to dsobeski for beta-testing it!
