He's not wrong, in my opinion. I've been a part of multiple pitch decks and have showcased my pitch in front of influential investors. It's so important to be precise and accurate with your presentation and to go into the specifics.

Phone number thing is actually a big mistake. Rest seems to be valid criticism but maybe a little too nitpicky. However, if the product/business model is killer, those things can be overlooked.

Well advised by @deepigoyal, being a brand/entity, you can not afford to do these silly mistakes which a layman can point out very quickly! I think nowadays Founders are running so much behind fundraising that they actually forget to focus on building actual business!
