Thank you to Sex Matters for asking Julia Gillard if sex matters. See, it’s Gillard’s amendments to the Sex Discrimination Act that removed the definition of “woman” & added “gender identity”, muddling the whole thing & allowing men who claim to be women to interpret the act to their advantage. The amendments took effect in 2013 but it’s not like the act has been working for the past 11 years. With the help of the Australian Human Rights Commission, many people & businesses have been intimidated into accepting men as women. I say “intimidated” because it is intimidating to receive an Australian Human Rights Commission complaint on the basis of alleged “gender identity discrimination” (under the Sex Discrimination Act… yes, none of it makes any sense) and have to either do everything the AHRC says or fight a lengthy & expensive Federal Court battle. The AHRC wanted me to pay the man who made the complaint against me $20,000, attend “sex & gender education”, allow him onto a female only platform & allow all men who claim to be women onto a female only platform. I said no. Not just because I want the platform to remain female only but because I am a woman & I reserve the right to say NO to men when they trespass my boundaries. So I said NO to the AHRC. What resulted has been an almost 3 year long battle. It started when I was 15 weeks pregnant. My daughter will be turning 3 when the appeal to the first Federal Court decision is heard in appeal to the Full Federal Court (3 judges). She will be 4 years old if/when it goes to the High Court. But I want her to grow up in a country where she has rights, including the right to say NO to a man in a dress. What mother would ever stop fighting for her daughter? In the Tickle v Giggle decision, the judge said that “indirect discrimination” occurred “on the basis of gender identity”. It didn’t. He was blocked from the app on the basis of sex - and his sex is male. A simple DNA test would prove that. My eyes clearly saw it. The judge, with the help of the AHRC’s absurd interpretation of the law & reality, said that “sex is changeable”. It isn’t. Sex is immutable. However, Gillard’s amendments along with state-based changes to birth certificate legislation that allows men to edit their BC to the opposite of their biological sex has created the concept of “legal sex”. Legal sex is gender identity aka gender ideology. It obliterates women’s rights to say NO to men if that man declares himself to be a woman. And that leads to verdicts of “indirect discrimination on the basis of gender identity”, despite not knowing or caring that he has a gender identity. Sex matters. This law has to change, and it will, in part because of Giggle v Tickle & everyone who supports the case, but also because of the hard work of every woman who is speaking up and saying NO to this absurd situation. We’re saying what Julia Gillard should have said in 2013. While she (evidently) can’t answer the question, I know that sex matters to Julia Gillard. I know this because she basked in being Australia’s first woman Prime Minister and has dined out on the fact for almost 10 years. Without the reality of sex, her achievement becomes obsolete. With what she did with her achievement, her legacy has become devastating. I have a lot of respect for people who admit they got something wrong. It happens. We’re all only human (and humans don’t change sex). I hope Julia Gillard takes the opportunity to admit it some time. In the meantime, women around Australia (and the world) will continue to do the work to ensure that we can say NO to men who claim to be women. Sex matters. Gender identity does not.

Fitness Update: End of 3 months of Bulking. Starting a 3 month cut tomorrow, my last cut of 2026. I lost about 50 pounds from January 2025 till the end of March 2026 with a 13 month straight cut aided by Retatrutide and Tirzepatide. Counted calories and ran a deficit and lifted weights the whole time. My body needed a break and a reset from the stress of cutting for that long and constant downregulating of my metabolism. I decided to take April off and just do more calories and more lifting, and that turned into deciding to do May and June as well. So for 3 months straight I've been eating a lot more and lifting a LOT. I've gained about 5 pounds. Abs are not very visible anymore. But I've put on some muscle and strength as well and increased my base metabolic rate by several hundred calories. This is positioning me to be able to better be able to run a deficit again and continue into another cut with more energy and success possible. So this is me thicc boi mode ready to start a cut and get lean and mean. I'm sitting at ~195 right now and ~16-18% body fat. Goal of my cut is to get to the 180 or so range over the next 3 months and be in the 12-13% BF range, at which point I'll do a slow patient bulk through Oct-January and enjoy the fall and Holidays with lots of calories and strength training. Starting tomorrow I'm going to add 30-45 minutes of daily fasted zone 2 cardio first thing in the morning to burn an extra 150-300 cals. And I will drop my daily calorie allowance about 400 calories from what I've been eating the last few months. (2500-2800 down to 2200 to start, lowering later to 2100 and 2000 lowest if necessary to keep rate of loss where I want) This should get me the 1+ pound per week rate of loss I'm looking for. And I'll continue to prioritize lifting and protein as well to preserve the muscle mass I've built up and get as much of the loss to be fat as possible. I'm also going zero alcohol the whole cut as well. If I execute well, I'll be by far the fittest and leanest I've ever been at the end of September and I'm excited to see what that looks and feels like when I get there. Going from 70+ pounds overweight to building your dream physique isn't a quick process, people. Give yourself a couple of years to work on it systematically. It took you years to get out of shape, so you can take a couple years to get into great shape. But once you're there it's easier to stay there than it was to get there thankfully. The work continues. Let me know if you have any questions about anything. I'm documenting the whole process and will keep y'all up to speed. Open book. Building in public for accountability and hopefully to help others with their journey as well. 4th pic is me at my fattest in 2024. Embarrassing to post but necessary conext. I made a mistake and I'm willing to serve a suspension which I deserve. I don't want young kids who look up to the Springboks to think that it's OK to eye gouge someone, because it's not, but unfortunately mistakes happen and I made a big one for which I'm sorry. But I'd like to answer the question - why did you do such a thing? It was a mistake caused by my reaction and other factors that played a role. Slide 1: The scuffle was basically over when Wales #7 struck me with an open hand to my chin/neck area, you can see me looking at the Assistant Referee and waiting for a reaction from him (it happened fast and it's understandable that he didn't see it) without reacting yet, I got another pull on my jersey, before I go in with the similar type of action. Slide 2: You can clearly see my first point of contact is against his shoulder with an open hand, just like he did, except he got me on the chin. Another thing worth mentioning, when he struck me, I was standing still with not a lot of movement or players trying to get involved. When I went for the same open hand towards his shoulder, you'll see 2 Welsh players changing the dynamic of the entire picture as well as one of my teammates pulling Wales #7 around his neck away from my hand and where my force is going. Slide 3: Another Camera Angle So why did I post this? To try and show people how everything happened and that it was never intentional. I would never do something like this on purpose, I know what the consequences will be after playing rugby for a few years. Thanks to everyone that stood by me and thought the best of me. I'm sorry for letting you and the game down. That was my first red card since I started playing. I want it to be my last. Buying quickly / selling quickly, this works great if you’re a VC with an infinite budget for development and the fastest infrastructure positioned right next to Polymarkets servers, but doesn't work great for regular traders. I knew building a bot here is like trying to out sprint Usain Bolt wearing flip flops So instead if i wanted to make a bot it would have to be doing something I haven't seen anyone else do So after engaging 100% of my brain I remembered how I'd seen many of the same markets when browsing Kalshi that I'd previously seen on Polymarket. If the odds were different I'd actually be able to arbitrage the two platforms. After checking 20 or so pairs I found a few examples where the odds were different, proving my theory. So i started building 2. The Bot I began crafting an algorithm that collects all the Polymarket, Kalshi & Opinion markets and identifies any that are the same. In total that's over 6,000,000 markets, billions of potential combinations, from that i found around 6,000 that match. A lot of markets have the same title, but slight differences in the rules that means an arbitrage is not possible. For example ‘Will Trump meet XYZ person before ABC date’ - many of these exist between Poly Kalshi but Kalshi defines ‘meeting’ as online, or in real life, whilst Polymarket defines it strictly as in real life. To verify the matches I first used an algorithm that sees if the titles / rules are similar, then I feed every one of those potential pairs into an LLM that is prompted to approve / reject the potential match. This part sounds like it should be easy, but the LLMs were all so inconsistent. I’d pass the same market 10 times and it would reject it twice and approve it eight times. After a lot of prompt engineering I finally got it to a stage where it's at least 99% accurate. The bot then recreates locally all the orderbooks for the matched markets and looks for any pairs with YES + NO values of < $1 & calculate how much you can profitably buy of each side ( your EV ) 3. An Example ‘SpaceX IPO Closing Market Cap? 900B to 1T' This market exists on both Poly & Opinion, but right now the odds are different. YES / NO 4% / 97% - Polymarket 10% / 92% - Opinion Lets say you told the bot you wanted to trade $100 You’d split it $3.85 into Polymarket YES for 104.743 Shares $96.15 into Opinion NO for 104.743 Shares You spent $100, and you got 104.7 shares of each side And because 1 YES + 1 NO = $1 ( when the markets are identical ) Your expected profit is $4.7, because: value ( 104.7 shares * $1 ) - cost ( $100 ) = profit ( 4.7 Shares / $4.7 ) Then once the odds rebalance, usually a few days to a week, you can sell both sides and use the principal + the profit to take another arbitrage $100 isn't much, but imagine if you did $1000, or $10,000 every few days. Since creating the bot it has been finding around $350,000 in arbitrages from over 5,000 matching market pairs every month. That's more than I could ever take my self Assuming an average of 4% per arb (often more), It would take over $8,750,000 deployed to capture them all simultaneously That's why I initially shared the bot with some sharp sportsbook bettors for commission on their trades, eventually making it a public version that's on AlertPilot for anyone to use. 4. The Longevity Will this work forever? No, eventually a VC will come and eat our free lunch, it will become more competitive and the spreads wont be as high as they are now (+10% at times). My mantra here is just to make the most of it whilst I can, and release consistent updates so that it remains competitive against the competition. I already have a head start in that regard. I will say over the last 3 months of using the bot myself, plus adding traders / syndicates to the platform to trade as well, the amount of Arbitrages found has only increased. In large part no doubt to the huge increase in volume on PM’s, especially Opinion where many of the more profitable arbitrages have been. 5. The Profit So how much did I make? I started with a bankroll of $1,000 as I was skeptical initially how well the bot would work, first week I was able to close two 5% arbs. I then increased my bank roll and started sharing the bot with other traders. Since then I've been averaging five figures every month from my own trades + commissions. Anywhere between 12% to 20% per month in closed arbs, personally. To anyone reading this that wants to arbitraging these markets, i've released a version of the bot on AlertPilot! We are thinking of robots all wrong. Why a $1,500 robot is far more important to buy than a $20,000 one. And why it will pay for itself within a year. First of all, for the last eight years I've been a Silicon Valley housewife. Picking the kids up from school. Doing a variety of tasks taking care of them from feeding them to laundry. And I've already bought a $20,000 Neo from 1X and have built the most complete list on X of the robotics industry. Just to set the tone for this conversation. We must ask ourselves "what is the goal of a robot?" before we go into why typical American homeowners might want one, and shell out quite a bit of money for one, like the Neo. I grew up in Silicon Valley back when it was all orchards and the farmers taught me "pick the low hanging fruit first." What is the low hanging fruit in the American home? Laundry? Cleaning the toilets or your home? Watering the plants? Bringing you a beer? Nope. It is the preparation of food. Yesterday I got a new Posha robot, and the attached video with founder Raghav Gupta gets into depth about what the $1,500 robot does. Cooks meals. Far more time in the home is spent cooking meals than the other tasks and is far more complex than, say, folding laundry. But there is something I think everyone is missing in the discussion of robots: "what is the goal?" I've been doing consumer research talking with many around the world about these things. People tend to have a few goals: 1. Improve their lives. 2. Save them time. 3. Save them money. 4. Enable a new business. What is the best way to improve your life? Upgrade your food. This is very hard to do when both parents in a family are working their butts off to try to improve their careers. It gets worse when a single parent is trying to keep everything going. How many times have you decided to go out to eat rather than spend an hour cooking food? Doing that for a family of four in Silicon Valley costs $100+. And guarantees your family will overeat. I've done that many times while raising my kids, and often I can't say no when desert comes around. It gets worse if you take the easy route out at home. Put a pre-processed meal into the microwave, or heat up a frozen pizza. Horrible for everyone's health. But what if you could have a robot at home that cooks your meals? Then costs go down to less than $20 and ingredients get way way better. It gets worse when you consider a $20,000 humanoid. They aren't safe enough to trust around stoves yet. And their hands aren't yet dexterous enough to do that. I doubt my Neo will be allowed to cook meals over an open flame, and if so I will have to watch it to make sure it doesn't do anything wrong. (The Neo that arrives next year will be teleoperated by a human remotely and the risks that person does something, or misses oil catching on fire is just way too high). While neither robot will be able to do all food preparation (cutting chicken up into cubes, or cutting carrots or other fruits, for instance) this robot dramatically reduces the time needed for a human to make a meal and dramatically reduces the costs to do so. And, as we discuss in the video, when the Neo does arrive the Neo will be able to use this machine too, reducing time even more (and will be able to set the table and wash the dishes, saving even more time so you can answer more emails or learn more AI programs or, even, pay attention to your kids and give them a few more minutes of quality time). The robot industry should focus on the low hanging fruit first. Cooking meals is the biggest one to improve your life, save you time, and make your family healthier. It's why I bought one. And they actually make two: Your money is way better spent getting one of these than buying a humanoid. And if you do get a humanoid, like I am, they go together like peanut butter and jelly. ⚪️ sierra catalina has been saying this for years that our focus on humanoids is overblown and that specialized robots (you see my Matic Robots in the background to prove this point) are way better for most families.

Guys, in the last week, I've heard of 3 of my friends get "#vbridger" on their rigs and it's like, not rly vbridger?? u_u I understand that other riggers do not charge as much as I do for it. It's not easy to rig - but some transparency of what you're actually rigging would be kind to your clients! I want to pls request that if ur offering vbridger - but you only actually rig a restricted amount of the parameters - to state that in ur comm page! My friends have been given rigs where they had paid for "vbridger" and then they use the rigs and they're just utterly disappointed that their mouth doesn't seem to look or function like vbridger. Either because only some vbridger parameters were rigged or they were not put in or calibrated into VTS for the client. Some have never even actually opened the vbridger app to make sure it works! They just rig it in l2d and call it good. VBridger adds like 5 new parameters to the default 2 required for mouth function (4 are shown in the video attached because Jaw Open kinda goes with Mouth Open). If you will not be adding all 5 of these new parameters on your paying client's rig, please be transparent either on your price list or in your comms. QnQ Clients!!: Learn what your vbridger mouth should look like too! Don't be angry at your rigger if maybe it doesn't look like what you expected, but at least make sure you have the parameters that are exclusive to vbridger included in your rig. Just do a nice safety check. The video is so clients can understand what vbridger includes, what the forms look like, and hopefully will know how to make the faces to test the models they get. I'm sorry to cause trouble and more work for riggers, but I do very much care about client transparency and if you feel what you're charging isn't enough to motivate you to rig all of vbridger or learn it, either raise your pricing or state transparency of it on your site! I read Shoe Dog for the third or fourth time. This episode will make you want to run through walls. My favorite quotes from the new episode: 1. My REALITY: more hospitals after ~3 years of being pfizer poisoned ..I have aged at double the rate. Im embarrassed to Post, because I look like shit- but this is MY reality… All my long flowing blonde hair fell out -its stringy & has barely come back- I had a trim a year ago to even out the strands…My heart is so tired from the tachycardia & unmanaged severe high blood pressure - despite being on diuretics to manage fluid overload & edema, the bags under my eyes are terrible filled with fluid. I feel like I’m being strangled & drowning most of the days & sleep through most of my life now. I need my cane to walk, my breathing is laboured, despite all the heart medications. This is my 2nd brain MRI in less than a year & they did my spine this time as well. We are doing a repeat, due to the large amounts of white matter found all over my brain last year. My best friend has been my rock LynC Lynda driving me to appts & wheeling me around hospitals. I am 49 now, & am glad to be alive… but just so fed up & angry & tired. But it seems my biggest challenge after every appointment is how to work the parking ticket machine!! Oh the money Ive spent on that alone!! Stay strong my fellow symptomatic strugglers❤️🙏 At least we had warning signs - many others didn’t get the chance & many more will suddenly drop without warning…. Sorry for the grim message… just sharing REALITY. No one has come to help us, and those who believe they knew what to do, I personally dont know anyone whos improved…so we shall keep holding on, praying, hoping ….
