TOMORROW, DECEMBER 3, 2024: For the first time in the 22-year history of the International Criminal Court, issues concerning Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh will be presented at the Assembly of States Parties. At this 23rd session, ICC member states will gather, including its newest member, Armenia, who ratified the Rome Statute in 2023. The Center for Truth and Justice has been selected from over 100 organizations worldwide as one of only 10 chosen to present in The Hague in front of world leaders. We will make the case for the ICC to investigate crimes committed by Azerbaijan, including persecution and forcible deportation. This is a historic moment. For the first time, the ICC States Parties will hear directly from an NGO about Azerbaijan’s war crimes.
