Former Ohio State wide receiver coach Zach Smith on his YouTube show, Menace 2 Sports, is rumored to have been the one who began allegations that Ryan Day’s brother investigated Michigan. However, Zach Smith said it as a joke to “troll” Michigan fans. It turns out that prominent Michigan fans and media took the bait. Zach first discussed this on October 27th, 2023, in this episode: Thirty-four hours later, Sam Webb wrote on the 247 “The Michigan Insider” message board post where he wanted to suggest the identity of “the complaining team” to be a PI firm from New Hampshire (Ryan Day’s home state). Webb deduces that a Christopher Day from LinkedIn, who runs a PI firm in New Hampshire, is worthy of further investigation. Barstool owner and Michigan graduate Dave Portnoy picked up the name. He ran with it in a tweet on November 1st, insinuating that Paul Finebaum wants to convict Michigan without knowing that “leaked information from Ryan Days brother.” Today, Chris Balas for reported that Michigan media has speculations about Ryan Day hiring both of his brothers to investigate Michigan and illegally giving information about Connor Stalions to the Washington Post. Not only that, but Jeremy Birmingham posted a screenshot of Chris Balas on the On3 message board answering a fan question, “Could day be suspended by the sportsmanship rule?” Balas answered by saying, “We’ve contacted the Big Ten. They haven’t responded.” Not only has the media run with this information, but they are also now contacting the Big Ten offices, and we insinuate that they are attempting to have the Big Ten and Tony Petitti take action against Ryan Day.

Coaches— As I started receiving offers last fall, I made the decision to enjoy the journey and trust His timing. My plan was to wait until the end of this summer before making a commitment so I could focus on my training and junior season. It’s been an amazing journey, and my recruitment remains OPEN. This summer I’ll be competing across the country against some of the best while continuing to learn about programs and build relationships with coaches as I search for the best fit both on and off the field. I am a middle infielder/utility player who takes pride in my work ethic, preparation, and development. My goal is to be one of the hardest workers on any team, compete at a high level, and help a program win. If you feel like I can help your program, I’d love to connect. I plan to make my decision later this summer. Below is my summer schedule, junior year highlights, and a few accomplishments: 🥎 Hernando High School 🥎 Impact Gold 16U Pipkin 🎓 Class of 2027 🏆 1x 7A MHSAA State Champion 🥈 3x 7A MHSAA State Runner-Up 🏆 2x National Champion ⭐️ 3x 7A All-State 🏅 All-District MVP ⭐️ 2x Region 7A First Team ⭐️ 2x Region 7A Second Team ⭐️ 3x DeSoto County All-County ⭐️ 2x MHSAA All-Star #SoftballRecruiting #2027Grad ImpactGold-Pipkin Jazz Jackson-Vesely Nicki Whitten Carie Dever Boaz Alex Webb Hernando Softball Athlete Recruiting Promotion - Softball Keith Stepter II, PT, DPT, CSCS, CMFA-L1 Athlete Vanity Young Athletes Fitness Scout Softball Coast Recruits 🥎 USA Softball Recruiting🥎 MISSHSAA BallGirlSports Line Drive Media Top Preps - Get Seen by College Coaches & Scouts. dave meltzer: youtube enthusiast 💀 perfect. now we can stop pretending this was ever complicated. the real story is not that wwe is afraid of aew. the real story is not that “high level wwe officials” are whispering scary things to dave meltzer. the real story is not even that tony khan got asked a planted question on a media call with very little distribution about the possibility of aew soon having very little distribution, although that sentence is so stupidly perfect it should be bronzed and placed outside the wrestling observer newsletter office like a war memorial for people who died pretending this was journalism. the real story is that aew is going to lose its wbd distribution deal. either it ends at the expiration of the three-year term in 2027, or it ends earlier if paramount closes wbd and decides aew has no strategic place inside the new company. and based on the board as it exists right now, the most likely landing spot for aew in 2027 is google / youtube. that is the story. everything else is laundering. tony khan wants the story to be: “why would wwe say this about us?” that is the whole operation. take my public analysis. run it through dave meltzer. assign it to wwe / tko. then let tony khan answer a canned question on a media call with very little distribution about potentially having very little distribution. a media call for a lightly viewed roh show. a planted story. a planted messenger. a rehearsed answer. a pr flack probably wrote it. tony khan performs hurt. tony khan says “i don’t know why wwe would…” tony khan denies the obvious. tony khan keeps me minimized. tony khan removes me from the public conversation about the exact thing i have repeatedly said is going to happen to aew. everyone is supposed to pretend this is organic. it is not. it is the most bubble wrapped, manufactured, artificial environment possible. aew is heading toward youtube because the domestic media rights board is closing around them. not as a troll. not as a bit. not as “pr spin.” as a business conclusion. aew is not leverage. wwe is not afraid of aew. the $185 million number was bullshit. the buyer universe was shrinking. paramount / skydance was coming for wbd. wbd was not going to be some permanent aew safe house. youtube was only ever a real “option” if someone at google was actually cutting a media rights check and underwriting production. not because every divorced mom with a ring light and a gmail account can upload video to the same platform. that was always the distinction. that is still the distinction. Nick LoPiccolo — February 28, 2025 “YouTube is an option the same way you or I could start a YT channel tomorrow. Is Jon Cruz cutting AEW a media rights check or underwriting a production budget? Hell no. Just the reality. It isn’t the model. Jon is global head of sports over there.” that was february, not last week. not after dave meltzer suddenly discovered youtube prelim numbers like columbus finding the new world. it is becoming inevitable now. Nick LoPiccolo — April 30, 2026 — 11:26 AM — 251.2K Views “to every journalist and every podcast who interviews tony khan from this day forward: please ask tony if wbd told him back in august they would not be renewing aew. wbd told him in august. i confirmed it directly and triple sourced it. please ask why tony has been acting like nothing is wrong for the last 8 months, and then please ask tony what his actual distribution plan is. because the only distributor left that will take aew is google/youtube. the myaew app is not realistic. the my aewapp is a death sentence in 2026 if youtube doesn’t make an mg deal for aew. they started building it too late and there is no realistic way to scale it. also, who is going to sell ads for the platform? kiswe is not the best. they built the myaew app. they are new to the game. hold tony’s feet to the fire. Paramount is not real for aew. WBD passed back in August. CW/Roku is now off the table. Amazon and Fox do not want AEW. ask Tony why he's been lying to you and to the locker room and to the fans, acting like things are all great with the network? i am sure a lot of people would love to hear his answer.” april 30. 251.2k views. not whispered. not hidden. not vague. not “high level wwe officials.” i said it publicly and directly: wbd passed back in august. paramount is not real for aew. cw / roku is off the table. amazon and fox do not want aew. the myaew app is not realistic. google / youtube is the only distributor left on the board that makes sense. that is the actual story tony khan does not want to answer. not “why would wwe say this?” ask tony khan if wbd told him in august that wbd would not be renewing aew. ask what his actual distribution plan is. ask who is selling ads for the myaew app. ask how a platform built this late scales in 2026. ask whether youtube is an actual rights partner with an mg, or just the place you go when the real buyers are gone. that is the question. not the fake question dave meltzer laundered into “high level wwe officials.” the real question. Nick LoPiccolo — July 9, 2025 — 10:51 AM — 9,565 Views “No one in Hollywood believes the $185 million number.” Nick LoPiccolo — July 9, 2025 — 11:35 AM — 7,470 Views “The $185 million figure is inflated. Variety’s October 2, 2024 article was likely updated after a publicist called on AEW’s behalf, as early reports placed the deal between $140 and $150 million per year. Tony Khan was also included in Variety’s Dealmakers 2024 list, which, while not officially pay to play, strongly favors those spending significant advertising dollars with the outlet. No one in Hollywood seriously believes WBD, which is in junk bond status, is paying AEW $185 million per year. Clear enough?” clear enough? the number was never clean. the number was never real in the way aew fans and wrestling media pretended it was real. and when the $185 million number started getting laughed out of adult rooms, the number magically became $178 million. that is where the shell game gets funny. because $178 million was not some sacred sourced number either. it was brandon thurston taking the median between $170 million, reported by sports business journal, and $185 million, reported by variety and others. that is literally what wrestlenomics said. Wrestlenomics — October 4, 2024 “Why use $178 million here for AEW’s new deal when some outlets are reporting the average annual value is $185 million?” Wrestlenomics — October 4, 2024 “I used $178 million here because it is simply the median of $170 million, as reported by Sports Business Journal, and $185 million, reported by Variety and others.” there it is. arithmetic. not an all-cash rights fee. not a clean license number. not proof wbd valued aew like raw. not a finance-department document from warner bros. discovery. a midpoint between conflicting public reports. then wrestling media treated that midpoint like scripture because they needed the story to be “aew is valued like raw,” not “aew pr inflated a number no serious person in hollywood believed.” and by the way, $170 million was not the clean all-cash number either. that is the scam. float the number. repeat the number. launder the number. defend the number with people who do not understand the difference between cash rights fees, in-kind services, equity, marketing commitments, platform value, make-goods, ad inventory, and press release math. then when the number collapses, pretend the next number was always the number. that is not reporting. that is aew state news. Nick LoPiccolo — July 10, 2025 — 5:53 AM — 12.6K Views “AEW isn’t leverage. It’s not competition. It’s a niche product with loud fans and limited reach.” Nick LoPiccolo — July 10, 2025 — 8:56 AM — 1,018 Views “We handle wrestling deals too, but thinking we need AEW for leverage is myopic. The landscape is changing and the game I’m playing is different.” Nick LoPiccolo — July 15, 2025 — 25.7K Views “AEW isn’t leverage.” that was never emotional. that was never tribal. that was never “i hate aew.” it was market structure. wwe did not need aew as leverage because real leverage was never “another wrestling show exists.” real leverage is architecture, scale, subscriber churn, platform strategy, sports adjacency, global rights, advertising, sponsorship, live inventory, library value, data, brand safety, executive relationships, and the actual buyer universe of maybe 18-20 companies in the united states that matter for live sports rights. aew fans thought this was a wrestling argument. it was never a wrestling argument. it was a board. and the board was already moving. Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 482 Views “I wasn’t viewing the above in that context (TKO vs AEW counter programming), it was more of this is what I’m hearing after 2 weeks of big media deals rolling out (Skydance closing, South Park library moving) etc. Which have all been in the works for awhile.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 388 Views “But if you were to look at it from a counter programming perspective (and I don’t think this was a factor in UFC deal) - there are only so many players for these big media rights deals. PARA is likely off the board (via TKO deal) & then what if they acquire WB in 2026/27?” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 535 Views “Yes, of course, that wouldn’t mean the end for AEW. It would make navigating their media rights deal more challenging, I would guess. But this is a hypothetical scenario & I do not believe anyone is paying $7.7b for UFC or a $40b valuation for WB w/ how do we fuck AEW, either.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 “And hearing all weekend Paramount is still interested in WBD.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 1.3K Views “I think more interesting for what it could mean as the dominoes keep falling in terms of the still evolving landscape. The deals are massive & the number of major players at the top are shrinking as still big push for consolidation & scale.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 12:11 PM — 2,588 Views “And I’d view AAA on Google/YouTube as directly competitive. It targets both the CMLL collab & the audience that used to watch AEW Dark on YouTube, & WWE is able to send well known stars to AAA events with an eye towards converting more of the younger, YouTube demo of viewers who don’t watch streamers.” again: august 11. not yesterday. not after dave meltzer tweeted a netflix prelim number. not after anyone had to retrofit the argument. the point was already there: the major players at the top were shrinking, paramount was still interested in wbd, paramount was likely off the board for aew because of the tko deal, google / youtube was becoming directly competitive for the exact audience aew used to reach through dark, and the buyer universe was consolidating around deals much bigger than tony khan’s feelings. this was not mysticism. this was not inside baseball for the sake of sounding smart. this was the board. Nick LoPiccolo — August 24, 2025 “This isn’t fair. I misread your question. AEW will exist but likely on the Discovery Global app (if it ever launches, I would bet that it doesn’t) and it will continue to do consistent ratings. If Paramount/Skydance buys WBD in a year…” Nick LoPiccolo — September 4, 2025 — 76 Views “No, that’s the WBD network division (cable, news, sports) that was already announced as being spun off under Discovery Global. The article you’re citing is about them selling a minority equity stake in that unit to cut debt and boost valuation ahead of the 2026 split.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 16, 2025 — 3.6K Views “This is not just about Hollywood scale. It is the foundation of a conservative aligned media infrastructure. A Paramount/WBD merger would fold CBS, CNN, HBO, and Warner Bros IP into Ellison’s orbit under Trump’s regulatory umbrella.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 16, 2025 — 11K Views “Within 48 hours of the rumor, WBD stock surged ~55% and Paramount Skydance rose ~24%. That market response itself boxed David Zaslav in; his board, Wall Street, and his own contract now expect movement.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 27, 2025 — 12:16 PM — 3,516 Views “Nah homie. Enjoy watching the show on YouTube after Ellison buys WBD and Ari who is advising Ellison and used to represent Trump and runs TKO makes the call.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 28, 2025 — 174 Views “I believe if and when Paramount acquires WBD, TKO will push to lock down a monopoly on combat sports. The long knives are already out for competitors, and the rights deals have likely been spread around town precisely to keep rivals from signing with those streamers.” none of that was random. paramount / skydance, ellison, ari, tko, wbd linear assets, youtube, aaa, the tko deal, the wbd split, the shrinking rights buyer universe — all of it was one connected domestic rights architecture. that is why this conversation was always over the heads of the people screaming “cope” in my replies. they were arguing like fans. i was reading the cap table. Nick LoPiccolo — December 6, 2025 — 3:07 PM — 41.4K Views “Yes, I always believed Paramount would walk away with WBD. I was one of the first to talk about it on here, even if I wasn’t the first to hear it. The Paramount Skydance acquisition closed on August 7. I posted this on August 11, about 1 month before the The Wall Street Journal first broke the news on September 12 that Paramount Skydance was preparing a bid for WBD.” Nick LoPiccolo — December 6, 2025 — 3:07 PM — 41.4K Views “The bid was always going to be hostile. We are only in this process because it was a hostile bid. Most people in Hollywood believed Ellison long coveted WB and Jack Warner’s chair. WB was not for sale when Skydance acquired Paramount, which is much smaller in scale.” Nick LoPiccolo — December 6, 2025 — 3:07 PM — 41.4K Views “Nearly everyone in town assumed an Ellison acquisition of WBD was inevitable until the Netflix bid shocked everyone. Signs were there for the last two weeks, which is also when I stopped posting about what might happen. Of course, its not over yet. Paramount still has paths to winning this acquisition. The one thing that’s for certain though is an Ellison-led acquisition of WBD is no longer inevitable.” Nick LoPiccolo — December 8, 2025 “END CREDITS” space jam is a warner bros. movie. that was the joke. and the joke was the same thing i had been saying the whole time: paramount was winning the bid, for those who did not understand. Nick LoPiccolo — December 19, 2025 — 4:30 PM — 828 Views “Here is another reference to it. So tell me how exactly is Paramount the better outcome for Dave’s argument? Netflix doesn’t touch the WBD linear assets. Gunnar keeps his SpinCo.” Puck excerpt — December 19, 2025 “Many industry insiders are also skeptical about Paramount’s seven-year, $7.7 billion deal for exclusive UFC rights in the U.S. Yes, it can be read as a signal that Ellison came to play. But some people see it more as Ari Emanuel having his way with the person to whom he is ostensibly an (unpaid) advisor…” that is the board. that is the relationship map. that is the thing wrestling media either does not understand or pretends not to understand, because understanding it means admitting the story is not “aew has leverage.” the story is that aew is sitting in the middle of a consolidating rights marketplace where the people with leverage are doing much bigger things than worrying about tony khan’s feelings. Nick LoPiccolo — January 21, 2026 — 4:22 PM — 870 Views “i mean get ready to learn youtube buddy” Nick LoPiccolo — February 19, 2026 — 2.8K Views “Paramount was always my bet to acquire Warner Bros. Never wavered.” Nick LoPiccolo — February 28, 2026 — 1:27 PM — 118 Views “you don’t need to look under a hood I AM SAYING THE QUIET PART OUT LOUD 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 I BEEN SAYING IT SINCE JULY / AUGUST 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 PARAMOUNT IS COMING FOR WBD AEW WILL LOSE A TV DEAL 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 GUESS WHO WAS RIGHT 💀” so no, this is not hindsight. this is not showing up after the fact with a flashlight and pretending i discovered the body. this is a paper trail. february: youtube is not a real rights model unless google is cutting the check. april: wbd passed back in august, the myaew app is not realistic, paramount is not real for aew, cw / roku is off the table, amazon and fox do not want aew, and google / youtube is the only distributor left that makes sense. july: the $185 million number is inflated and aew is not leverage. august: the buyer board is shrinking, paramount is still interested in wbd, and google / youtube becomes directly competitive. september: paramount / wbd folds the board into ellison’s orbit, and if ellison buys wbd, enjoy youtube. december: paramount was always the bet, the bid was always going to be hostile, and netflix does not solve dave meltzer’s argument because netflix does not touch the linear assets. january: get ready to learn youtube. february: paramount is coming for wbd and aew will lose a tv deal. same board. same thesis. same answer. now here is the part tony khan and dave meltzer do not want to say out loud. tony khan and dave meltzer do not mention me publicly for a reason. because the second they say my name out loud, they admit where this conversation has actually been coming from. not wwe. not some anonymous “high level official.” not some shadowy tko whisper campaign. me. that is the problem for them. behind the scenes, ask any real insider what happens when my name comes up around this subject. there is a reaction. not because i’m magic. not because i’m some internet boogeyman. because they know exactly who is saying it, why i’m saying it, what rooms i have been in, what companies i have dealt with, what executives i have spoken to, and why the analysis keeps landing. that is why they keep trying to non-person me publicly while reacting to me privately. they want the argument. they want the benefit of responding to the argument. they just do not want to admit whose argument it is. when i said wbd told aew back in august 2025 they were not exercising the option for the fourth year, tony khan blew up behind the scenes and forced john mcmullen to revise / update his article 2-3 weeks ago after i tweeted it. which is hilarious because that should not even be crazy or damaging “news.” that is how this business works. when a distributor is not continuing, they tell you early enough so you have time to find a new home. that is not sabotage. that is not wwe. that is not nick lopiccolo hiding inside david zaslav’s air vents with a clipboard. that is corporate courtesy. wbd execs privately whisper and shake their heads at tony khan’s behavior because their view is very simple: why does tony khan act like everything is great and rainbows and sunshine with the studio? we told tony khan as a courtesy so tony khan would have time to find a new home. and no, this has zero to do with paramount looming as an excuse. paramount did not even make its first hostile bid for wbd until september 11 or 12. that was after tony khan was already told there would not be a wbd renewal. so what did tony khan do? tony khan turned the truth into a wrestling angle. tony khan, or one of tony khan’s minions, gets dave meltzer to drop a story assigning my claims and what i have been publicly posting about tony khan to “high level wwe officials.” why? because it gives tony khan a safer enemy. tony khan does not want the story to be the actual timeline. because the actual timeline is brutal. on february 28, i said youtube was not a real media rights model unless google was actually cutting the check and underwriting production. on april 30, i said wbd passed in august, the myaew app was not realistic, paramount was not real for aew, cw / roku was off the table, amazon and fox did not want aew, and the only distributor left that made sense was google / youtube. on july 9, i said no one in hollywood believed the $185 million number. on july 10, i said aew was not leverage. on august 11, i said the major players at the top were shrinking, paramount was still interested in wbd, and google / youtube was becoming a directly competitive lane. on september 16, i said a paramount / wbd merger would fold cbs, cnn, hbo, and warner bros. ip into ellison’s orbit. on september 27, i said enjoy the show on youtube after ellison buys wbd. on september 28, i said if paramount acquires wbd, tko would push to lock down a monopoly on combat sports. on december 6, i said paramount skydance was preparing a bid for wbd long before most people admitted the obvious. on february 19, i said paramount was always my bet to acquire warner bros. and on february 28, i said it in all caps: paramount is coming for wbd. aew will lose a tv deal. that is the part tony khan cannot answer directly, because the direct answer means admitting this was never “wwe is scared of us.” it was always the board closing. tony khan wants the story to be: why would wwe say this about us? that is the laundering operation. take my public analysis. run it through dave meltzer. assign it to wwe / tko. then let tony khan answer a canned question on a media call with very little distribution about potentially having very little distribution. a media call for a show with very little distribution answering a canned question about aew potentially having very little distribution. based on a planted story, from a planted messenger, with a rehearsed answer, after an roh show maybe 8-15k people watched. a pr flack probably wrote it. tony khan performs hurt. tony khan says “i don’t know why wwe would…” tony khan denies the obvious. tony khan keeps me minimized. tony khan removes me from the public conversation about the very thing i have repeatedly said is going to happen to aew. everyone is supposed to pretend this is organic. it is the most bubble wrapped, manufactured, artificial environment possible. a canned and rehearsed answer at an roh media scrum about a planted dave meltzer story based on my very real and very public analysis of the media rights board. but make no mistake. tony khan was responding to my words. tony khan just laundered them through dave meltzer and assigned them to wwe / tko so tony khan could keep lying about it publicly without ever saying my name. and now, voila. dave meltzer is posting about youtube viewers and prelims. Dave Meltzer — May 16, 2026 “At this moment there are 340,000 people watching prelims for Netflix on YouTube. It’s a good number.” yes, dave meltzer. youtube can have good numbers. nobody said youtube cannot have good numbers. that was never the issue. the issue is whether youtube is being used as a funnel into a premium rights ecosystem or as a substitute because the premium rights ecosystem rejected you. that is the difference. that has always been the difference. netflix using youtube prelims as audience acquisition is not the same thing as aew trying to spin youtube as a media rights home because the real buyers are gone. ufc using youtube as a funnel is not the same thing as aew using youtube as a life raft. wwe sending stars to aaa on youtube to convert a younger demo is not the same thing as aew retreating to youtube after the traditional buyer board closes. and the fact that dave meltzer is now suddenly tweeting like the mayor of youtube is the punchline. because the same people who mocked the youtube outcome are now going to spend the next several months explaining why youtube is actually good. of course it can be good. for the right use case. for the right property. inside the right architecture. with the right check attached. but when you spend two years telling everyone you were valued like raw and your next stop is “please subscribe and smash that bell,” maybe stop pretending this is victory formation? i told y’all where this was going. the record is right there. i’m still right. and tony and dave: you guys are see through translucent. that’s it for ye 🎤🎤🎤

Thomas Jefferson was responsible for the largest expansion of slavery in history. After the collapse of the Virginia tobacco industry, Virginia slaveholders turned to slave trading as their primary source of revenue. But Virginia slave prices were being undercut by Carolina rice farmers with slave imports from Africa's rice coast (Sierra Leone). Jefferson pushed for a ban on the importation of slaves from Africa, not out of altruism, but to protect the burgeoning slave trading industry in his home state of Virginia. Jefferson himself was a Virginia slave trader. After the ban on the importation of slaves from Africa went into effect in 1807, Virginia became the primary supplier of slaves for the Carolina rice farms & the deep South cotton fields. This led to an explosion of slave breeding in Virginia. Throughout the course of slavery, Virginia would go on to breed & sell more slaves than any single African slave empire in the Transatlantic slave trade era. For some perspective, the infamous West African Kingdom of Dahomey at its peak in the mid 19th century sold an estimated 10 thousand slaves a year to Europeans. The city of Richmond, Virginia, exceeded that total in a single month, selling 10 thousand slaves a month to the Deep South Jefferson once boasted, "I consider a woman who brings a child every two years as more profitable than the best man of the farm. What she produces is an addition to capital, while his labors disappear in mere consumption." Jefferson also acquired the Louisiana territories from France and oversaw the westward expansion of slavery. According to Jefferson, neglecting to expand slavery would be "an act of suicide on themselves, and of treason against the hopes of the world."

🚨 INVESTIGATION: Did Larry Loomer And Her Husband Commit A Federal Crime And Put The Dealership Her Husband Works At At Risk? 👀 PENSACOLA, FL — Did Larry loomer and Her Husband "Jake" just commit a potential massive breach of federal law involving the Driver Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), wire fraud, and allegations of unauthorized surveillance used for political warfare? Evidence has surfaced suggesting that Andrew "Jacob" Simpson (known as "Jake"), an IT professional for the Tameron/Cannon Auto group, may be utilizing high-level corporate access to harvest private citizen data. Simpson, who is reportedly the husband of deranged journalist Laura Loomer, has administrative access to dealership portals including Carfax, vehicle registration databases, and insurance records. A recent video posted by Loomer appears to show a "Dealer Dashboard" interface—data that is strictly regulated by federal statute. The Legal Reality: 18 U.S.C. § 2722 & Felony Escalation The Driver Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) isn't just a guideline; it’s a federal law. The Violation: Under 18 U.S.C. § 2722, it is a federal crime to knowingly obtain or disclose personal information from a motor vehicle record for any use not permitted by law. The Fine: Violators face criminal fines and a mandatory $2,500 minimum penalty PER CLICK in civil damages. The Felony Path: Because this involves using interstate computer networks (Dealer Portals) to potentially defraud a business for political gain, this enters the territory of Wire Fraud. If a conspiracy is proven to use "Jake's" employer-provided access to "dox" rivals, federal prosecutors could escalate these charges to a Felony, carrying significant prison time. The Tameron/Cannon Connection: A "Weird" Inner Circle The ownership of the dealership group adds a bizarre layer to the story. Michael Joe Cannon and Ryan Mayer of Tameron Gulf Coast (a division of Cannon Motor Co.) oversee the IT infrastructure Simpson operates. Reportedly, minority partner Ryan Mayer has been seen frequently sharing a video of "Jake" and his partner at a White House Hanukkah event, where they received congratulations from Donald Trump on their engagement. Sources claim Mayer is so enamored with the proximity to power that he encourages Simpson to bring the video to professional meetings to "share it." The Question: Is a multi-state dealership group being exposed to millions in federal liability just so their IT guy can play digital mercenary for his wife’s political feuds? The Bottom Line If private vehicle data was pulled from a Tameron/Cannon Auto terminal to target private citizens, the dealership isn't just looking at a PR nightmare—they are looking at a federal grand jury. Stay tuned for more as I continue to investigate. If you have any tips related to this event or anyone listed in this news story contact me via DM or email. An apology may be in order. To Senator Barb Kirkmeyer and Pastor Scott Bottoms, please accept my apology. Not because I’ve attacked either of you. I haven’t. But because an unexpected candidate entered this race and changed the entire landscape. A candidate who wasn’t supposed to be here. A candidate who wasn’t part of the political establishment. A candidate who built a grassroots movement that has reached every corner of Colorado. The truth is, I didn’t enter this race because I wanted a title. I entered because I love Colorado, and after carefully assessing the field, I did not believe either Republican candidate had a realistic path to winning the general election. That’s not ego. That’s why I got in. I’ve also said repeatedly that if the people of Colorado choose either one of them in the primary, I will support them. Because this race is bigger than any one person. Unfortunately, neither has been willing to make that same commitment if Colorado voters choose me. That’s the difference between running for yourself and running for the people. Coloradans don’t wake up worried about political games. They’re worried about affording groceries. They’re worried about rising property taxes. They’re worried about energy costs. They’re worried about public safety. They’re worried about whether their children and grandchildren will ever be able to afford a home in the state they love. Those are the issues that matter. Those are the issues I’m running on. And those are the reasons our campaign continues to gain momentum. Becoming governor is not a promotion for me. It’s an act of service. And if the people of Colorado entrust me with that responsibility, I’ll spend every day fighting for them.

Francesca Albanese on Fire: A Lesson to Canada 🇨🇦 on International Law and Palestinian 🇵🇸 Rights "The priority is to stop the genocide. If the government here, the parliamentarians here want to call it a 'Ceasefire,' call it the way they want, but this is the priority. The rest is secondary. Which doesn't mean that the recognition of the State of Palestine is not important. My question is, if this country has entertained discussions on the two-state solution, how come it does not recognize the state of Palestine yet? What is there to be debated? The recognition of Palestine 🇵🇸 shouldn't take time; it should be automatic and be an act of coherence. Otherwise, if you don't recognize it, it means that you shouldn't be talking about it at all. Why are you even a voice in the debate? It's about coherence. I know what I'm saying is blunt, but we need to be blunt because the impunity that has been granted to Israel for decades has led to this, which is a disaster both for the Palestinians and the Israelis. Again, diplomatic talks have been turned into a place to justify the unimaginable, the illegal... Is Canada spending any of its political capital to make sure that the genocide ends as soon as possible, the ceasefire, whatever, but then there is already a deadline set for the end of occupation? The ICJ has passed an advisory opinion which declares the occupation unlawful and to be dismantled unconditionally and totally as rapidly as possible, and that 'as rapid as possible' has been defined by the General Assembly; it must happen by September next year. What is Canada doing to ensure that the Occupation is dismantled? And then, more than these, there is Apartheid. I know that in this country, you feel uncomfortable with the word 'Apartheid,' but you have to tell me why? Because I, together with Israeli human rights organizations, Palestinian human rights organizations, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Harvard University, and thousands of Israelis, talking about Apartheid, give you the evidence of it, and here, like in other parts of North America, I hear, 'Hmm... we cannot say that word.' It's your problem... International law is so clear that it doesn't allow you to find excuses. So, however, end the genocide, end the Occupation, end the Apartheid; this is what it means to apply international law and help build peace for Palestinians, Israelis, and anyone who calls that land home." — Francesca Albanese at a Press Conference in Canada. This is what happens when two people don’t have a clear definition of a football term. It’s two people speaking past each other, two people not having an understanding of what the word means, or an agreement of what the word means. Therefore, they’re talking about two separate things. I thought Thomas Tuchel’s interview after England’s game was a prime example of this. The interviewer asks about mentality. I assume he’s asking whether the players’ mindset was right, whether the decision making was right, whether England lacked something mentally because they made technical mistakes, didn’t play fast enough, and made the game more difficult than it needed to be. Whereas Tuchel takes the word mentality somewhere else. He takes it back to commitment, to the drive, to the non-negotiables that the England team have to have in order to compete in a tournament like this one; Making recovery run, making tackles, making blocks, fighting through adversity. That is how I perceived Tuchel’s answer. Now, that doesn’t necessarily mean my definition is correct either. That’s actually the point. I perceive mentality in one way, Tuchel potentially perceives it in a slightly different way. The interviewer potentially perceives it in another way, and suddenly one word has three different meanings. This happens all the time in football. We use these vague terms without clear definitions. There isn’t a clear, specific way to speak to each other about certain things, so conversations become really difficult. Take the word intensity. One coach means sprinting, another means pressing, another means concentration, another means speed of play. They all use exactly the same word, but they’re talking about completely different behaviours. The same thing happens with confidence, aggression, composure, quality, structure, control, even positional play. Sometimes we think we’re debating football, but we’re debating definitions. Jon Mackenzie put this really well: “Sometimes I feel like you can apply Wittgenstein’s maxim to the modern tactical conversation: There are no tactical problems, only linguistic problems. Most of the tactical debates of the present seem to swirl around a lack of clarity regarding the terms involved.” And I think this especially happens between coaches and players. A coach says, “We need more intensity.” The player hears, “Run more.” The coach might actually mean press earlier, arrive faster, recover with more urgency, play forward quicker, or compete harder in the next duel. That is where vague language becomes a coaching problem. The actionable tip is simple: give vague terms actionable language. If you want more intensity, tell the player what that looks like. Press when the pass travels. Recover inside the ball. Arrive before the receiver can turn. Play the next pass forward. Sprint beyond the ball after you release it. Now the player has something they can actually see, do, and repeat.

🇪🇷Eritrea’s future is bright — and it’s not just a slogan, it’s built on investments in real, accessible education. 📚 Did you know? 1️⃣ English is taught from Grade 2 2️⃣ It becomes the official medium of instruction from Grade 6 onwards 3️⃣ These students you see? Just 8th graders — yet their mastery of English is no fluke. It’s the result of a nationwide commitment to learning, not propaganda. Here’s what the mainstream media won’t tell you about Eritrea’s education system: ✅ Education is 100% free — even at the university level with food and housing provided. I’m a product of this system — I owe my journey to free, quality education in Eritrea. ✅ It’s a strategic pillar for long-term national development ✅ Eritrea champions technical and trade colleges, preparing youth with skills that match the economy, not just paper degrees ✅ Meritocracy rules — no nepotism, no elite family shortcuts, just hard work ✅ An educated, disciplined youth is Eritrea’s greatest guarantee of a prosperous future Compare that to Abiy Ahmed’s Ethiopia, where fake PhDs, empty titles, and well-fed propagandists parade around in suits but can’t finish a clear sentence. Titles without substance won’t build a nation. Just remember: titles don’t mean education, and real education builds nations. We don’t like to compare, but we must respond when Eritrea is demeaned or misrepresented. Eritrea is quietly building its future — with brains, discipline, and dignity. No one can stop that. 🇪🇷 VIDEO: ___________ #EritreaEducation #SmartAfrica #EritreaShines #QualityEducation #AfricanSolutions #MeritocracyMatters #RedSeaRising #EritreaFacts #YouthEmpowerment #FreeEducationWorks #EritreaFutureReady #HornOfAfricaTruth #NoToFakePhDs #ExposeTheLies #Eritrea #Tigray #Fano #Ethiopia #Somalia #Sudan #Kenya #Uganda #Africa

YSRCP is trying to troll me on this video, shows the quality of the education of the YCP trolls. 🤦‍♂️ Isn’t it ironic? Here is the same video they’ve been posting, I’m sure edited in many different ways to twist my words. I think this is the problem, we had people in the last 5 years who don’t understand head or tail about education dictating the future of our state’s youth. As I’ve always been saying - YCP wants the poor to always remain poor, remain backward and never grow in their life. I don’t expect them to see reason though. You can make a blind person see with treatment, but you can never make a fake blind person who doesn’t want to see. NDA sympathizers, neutrals and anyone that is interested in higher education, this post is for you. Let me demonstrate with some select examples, there are many more - Issue 1 Promise - A very poorly thought out promise to make fee reimbursement full for total amount to all students. What they actually did - Realized they don’t have money, cut the approved fees of all good affiliated colleges in the state by half. By doing so, and not paying in time, forced good colleges to cut corners ( like reducing faculty salaries, reducing amenities to survive). Skipped 2 reimbursement cycle payments competely! All student who could afford and who understood quality is falling left the state or joined private universities. But who was the loser? Meritocratic low income students. Let’s take Gayathri Vidya Parishad as an example. Their fees were cut from about 1.6 Lakhs to about 80,000 per student if govt is committed to pay fully, they should have paid 1.6 Lakhs reimbursement right? Issue 2 Complete destruction of Andhra University and AP state universities. Andhra university in particular, by appointing an outright YCP activist as a VC who made AU as YCP party office in those 5 years. Sidelining all good people and only prioritizing people loyal to him and YCP. Not to the cause of education! Celebrating their party leaders birthdays on campus, installing statues, distribution of party flags, diverting funds for political purposes and forcing students to participate in political activity. Such a shame, was sad to see. Issue 3 The only way to protect the future of AP state universities was doing faculty recruitment, particularly assistant professors. We initiated recruitment of 2000 assistant professors in 2017/2018, which they went to court and stopped. And in their 5 years, they have done zero full time recruitment of faculty in State universities. Now we’re left with the mess they’ve left behind. Which we will resolve soon. Conclusion - I can keep going, but I’ll pause here. On behalf of the NDA government, we will not hesitate to point out problems and work hard to fix them. Our selection of VCs for 9 AP state universities has demonstrated our commitment to walk the talk. Any constructive criticism, I will take it positively and improve. But I will not back down from speaking the truth. Where is Prof GP Rajasekhar, current AU VC, who was formerly Dean and faculty member in IIT Kharagpur, India’s oldest IIT and where is the quality/values of the VC that YCP selected for AU and other universities in their 5 years. This simple comparison should be enough to demonstrate the difference between our approaches. Find my full speech at AU centenary curtain raiser below -

We’re launching a campus organization, inspired by Charlie Kirk! A few months before Charlie Kirk was shot dead on a university campus, I had a long conversation with him — almost an hour. He was worried about Canadian universities. The cancel culture. The silencing of conservative students. The indoctrination factories he had spent his entire career fighting south of the border. He had seen it up close, and he asked me: were we going to fight back? I told him yes. Then, on September 10, 2025, a politically motivated sniper climbed onto a rooftop at Utah Valley University and put a bullet in Charlie Kirk’s neck while he was doing exactly what he always did — standing up for free speech on a university campus. I’ve thought about that conversation a lot since then. Because Charlie understood something that too many people on our side still refuse to face: the university campus isn’t just where young people go to get degrees. It’s where the woke mob is manufactured. It’s where the cancel culture foot soldiers are recruited, trained, and radicalised — before being sent out into the world to tear down everything we hold dear. We’ve made real gains. Independent media is getting stronger. We win (sometimes) in the courts. And the battle for free speech has new allies, like Elon Musk and his social media platform, X. But the woke machine at our universities is still running at full capacity. You know the stories: Lindsay Shepherd was a 22-year-old teaching assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University. She showed a short video clip of Jordan Peterson in class — as part of a lecture on a controversial topic. Her professors hauled her into an interrogation and compared her to a Nazi showing propaganda films. This past January, Conservative MP Garnett Genuis was refused permission to hold an event at York University. A sitting Member of Parliament — barred from speaking to students. Those are just the stories that got coverage. Every day, thousands of our students sit down, stay quiet, and self-censor — terrified of being destroyed by the mob before their careers have even started. And nobody is fighting for them. If we don’t fight at the source — inside the lecture halls and student unions where the actual indoctrination happens — we’re only ever chopping heads off a hydra. It will keep growing new ones. And right now, on Canadian campuses, our side has nobody. The Conservative Party’s campus clubs are too nervous to stick their necks out for anyone — they don’t want to risk their political careers. No think tank is focused on campuses. The faith communities, the advocacy organizations — all doing important work, but few of them are walking through the doors of our universities. That is why The Democracy Fund (The Democracy Fund) is launching Canadian Students for Free Speech — a TDF-led national network that will establish student-led, officially recognized free speech clubs on every post-secondary campus in Canada. If you care about free speech, if you want to support conservative and freedom-oriented students on Canada’s university campuses, learn more about Canadian Students for Free Speech and donate to help build it. Here is the plan. The Democracy Fund is recruiting students with backbone, and we will train them in campus organising and free speech philosophy. We will coach them step by step through the process of getting their clubs officially recognised by their universities — and trust me, that battle alone will be worth documenting and publishing. We will equip them with professionally printed posters, pamphlets, and proven messaging to promote free speech. Canadian Students for Free Speech will bring speakers directly to those campuses: Tamara Lich, and other freedom fighters who’ve been through the fire. Debates, town halls, and meet-and-greets that give conservative and freedom-loving students a reason to come together and realise they are not alone. Canadian Students for Free Speech will train every club member to document every act of censorship — and we will publish every story. And when the administration comes after them — and they will come after them — Canadian Students for Free Speech will show up with cameras, journalists, and The Democracy Fund’s lawyers. Our students will not face the mob alone. To do this properly, The Democracy Fund is hiring a full-time National Campus Coordinator. This is a real, demanding job. This person will travel coast to coast — from UBC to Dalhousie — recruiting student leaders, running training weekends, coordinating speaker tours, managing club applications, and fielding that call at midnight when a dean suddenly decides to cancel a student event. They will be the spine of the entire operation. Beyond the salary, there are real costs to account for: printed materials for clubs at dozens of campuses, travel expenses for our speakers, legal fees when universities try to block or deregister our clubs, and the infrastructure to run a national student network. This is not a small project. But then again, losing an entire generation to indoctrination is no small matter. REPORT by Ezra Levant 🍁🚛:

As we get a week closer to a recession, the march towards ABSOLUTE power continues. It cannot have escaped your attention, this is now a government built on diktat. The legislative process is now an impediment to Mad King Don’s march to the throne. He is on a mission endorsed by the Republican Party. A Party which should no longer be regarded as a political entity, given this is now a monarchic thiefdom. Any political movement is now seen as a threat to the crown. Trump knows that in order to achieve absolute power, he MUST render the judiciary supplicant to HIM, He doesn’t want to remove it, because if he does, he can’t weaponise it against his enemies. Steps are already being taken to shape the media narrative. We know the social media ecosystem is now all but under state control. And the legacy media has an arterial audience bleed. Its owners are so desperate to be in Trump’s favour to stay alive, they’re prepared to throw democracy under the bus to just keep breathing. I really don’t think people understand the tectonic shift that’s taking place right now. I believe we will shortly reach the point where Trump will have absolute control over the sociopolitical narrative. This will then present an opportunity for him to completely shut ANY opposition out of the electoral process. Trump is already declaring CNN and MSNBC not just the enemy of the people, but ILLEGAL. He didn’t just randomly use that word, he used it as yet another shot across the bow of legacy media to stay in line. I talked endlessly about Project 2025 pre election. I did this for good reason. It was proof that the right was heavily invested in forensic planning for their ‘end of days’ ambitions. The Heritage Foundation have planned this in detail hitherto never seen before. In less than 60 days, they have democracy pinned against the wall by the throat. Trump is systematically dismantling the socioeconomic guard rails. The removal of Inspectors General, highlights his commitment to remove any impediment to absolute power. His daily Oval Office proclamations show his clear intent to rule, not govern. The Republican caucus are now hostages locked cowering in the Capitol Building, fearful that if they step out of line they’re history. They can already see he’s hurting them every time they return to their constituencies. They can no longer hold Town Halls because those that elected them are finding out, this is NOT what they voted for. The tragedy in all this, is that at a time when Democrats should be capitalising on the feeling of uncertainty and fear in the country, they are tearing each other apart. This presents the perfect storm for Donny Delinquent. There is absolutely no question, Bernie Sanders is doing exactly the right thing. He’s grasped the nettle and decided to go after the money that’s feeding the monster, that’s consuming America. He’s taken to the road and laying out the facts in a way that is almost none political. For the first time in a long time, someone is asking not telling Americans what to do and that’s mission critical in this moment. The Dems right now are circling the wagons around a dead flogged horse. After losing the election in November they have ZERO credibility with the voting public and their answer? Chuck Schumer, who at the first opportunity to exert leverage, goes and shits the bed. Polling clearly indicates that Dems are now an electoral busted flush. Question is, do you spend your time shuffling the deckchairs on the Titanic, or reboot the party? The time for self enrichment and corporate fealty are GONE. Republicans have already parked their tanks on your lawn. This is a defining moment in American politics and the next few months will decide whether the US becomes a one party state. I have to tell you, if action is not taken ‘yesterday’ it is game over for democracy in America. It really is as simple as that. So what’s it going to be, capitulation or mobilization? 🎥 TikTok -
