Parmi ses réalisations phares, citons la conception de la stratégie d’intervention du Ministère, l’élaboration et la validation de la Lettre de politique sectorielle et de développement, ainsi que la réorganisation institutionnelle du Département, consacrée par le décret de février 2025. Sur la scène internationale, le Ministère a porté haut la voix du Sénégal : neuf compatriotes élus au sein des instances internationales, 89 accords signés, 19 conférences internationales organisées à Dakar, et 38 délégations étrangères reçues en visite dans notre pays. L’action sociale a été renforcée : plus de 100 projets de la diaspora financés par le FAISE, l’assistance au rapatriement de 1 463 compatriotes, et la couverture médicale de 2 456 agents et leurs familles. Le Ministère s’est également modernisé grâce à des innovations structurantes : • La création d’un pôle communication dynamique avec une équipe dédiée et une conseillère technique en communication. • L’élaboration d’une stratégie nationale de communication, issue d’un atelier transversal appuyé par le BIC Gouv et la Présidence.
