However with socialism word... we are in a bit of a pickle. Take CZ. Are we living in capitalism and free market and do we have privet property? Yes. Do we have social safety nets and rights for employees and employers etc. Yes. Do we live in a social state then? Definitely yes.

Depends exactly what we mean. If you mean an egalitarian society, then of course, since all human societies were egalitarian until relatively recently. But communism as any kind of state society never, ever works.
