It's just two capitalist countries where one is better at capitalism. There has never been a communist society.

China is capitalist. In many instances China does capitalism better than your America.

China uses capitalism as a tool. India became a tool for capitalists. Thats the difference.

And India also has a large population and also has many college educated citizens just like China but look at the huge difference.

China embraced free market reform in 1979, and was inducted into the world trade orginisation in 2001. This graph shows the effects of embracing a market economy more than anything else.
