Community notes are filled with poisonous lies. They're claiming the explosion from Qods City, Iran 2026/3/9 is from Homs 2013/8/1. At least one person was killed and over a dozen injured as a result of a “gas explosion” this morning in the Southern Iranian port city of Bandar Abbas, with the apartment building from which the blast originated from suffering significant damage. Claims have circulated that the building was not connected to the city’s gas lines, though these claims are still unverified and a gas explosion appears to be the most likely cause of the incident. Due to aging infrastructure and infrequent maintenance, gas explosions are very common in cities across Iran.

What do you think caused this explosion in Gaza? There is a ton of misinformation coming from Hamas, and its allies. Multiple large social media accounts are sharing this video depicting a car exploding on what seems to be the Wadi Gaza bridge. People are claiming that this was an Israeli airstrike by plane or by drone, targeting evacuating Palestinians. The problem is, when this video is slowed down, there is no bomb that can be seen dropping from the sky. This mean this was more likely a car bomb or accidental explosion of some sort. Thoughts?
