Francis Pottenger ran decade long experiments on cats, comparing raw milk to various forms of pasteurized milk in one & comparing raw meat vs cooked meat in another. In the milk study he found: Cats fed pasteurized milk developed health problems & became lethargic & successive generations became progressively worse until they could no longer reproduce. Cats fed raw milk stayed healthy & spry across generations.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has uncovered a fake milk racket in Mumbai's Goregaon, where impure water was allegedly mixed into Amul and Gokul milk packets. Two accused, Krishna Lingampalli and Ravi Patipaka, have been arrested. During the raid, officials seized 224 fake milk packets with a total capacity of 558 litres.
