Can't even try the new maps properly, every game we end up doing challenges like "this round zeus or knife or no scope only" And cheating accusations happen basically every game, as the average CS2 player calls everyone a cheater

I understand that but why not just place higher from the beggining? I got placed gold 1 after these 2 wins where each game took like 15 minutes as we were just rushing mid to finish it fast

I am not sure this actually true. i reached mg2 on mills and suddenly the enemy team knew smoke lineups and were way better compared to the maps were i was gold nova. Also i rank up way faster than before like almost every second win since the update.

this rank on seperate maps only is kinda stupid. you could be global elite on mirage and then play dust 2. you will have the same skill pretty much but play against gold novas. kinda bad design in my opinion.

It aint broke, just takes some time for ppl to get to their normal rank, in other games a hard reset happens , like having someone at the highest rank go to gold at the start of a season like apex, fortnite, etc

I Thought We Won 50 Times Already Donnie just announced that one of our Apache helicopters was taken down last night in the thing that's not a thing, in the thing that's already over that we already won. So they are "begging for a deal" even though they are helpless and completely decimated, yet they took down a sophisticated aircraft specifically designed to evade exactly that. Seems fine! Can't wait to see how we retaliate since we already won and it's over and nothing is happening even though things are still happening. But he got cheered at the Knicks game, wow! Bricked!

Here's a fun one. 4 compositions in 1 shot in Steven Spielberg's Minority Report. I like this shot for how it utilizes depth. It's all pans, tilts and focus pulls. There are no zooms, tracks, etc, and yet it's dynamic and tells the story in a really effective way. We don't see Anderton's face, and yet we picture it so clearly. It's so simple but very smartly conceived. God bless the focus puller though! By the way, with these breakdowns, I know I'm far from the first to talk about these multi-composition shots/ blocking and camera work from Spielberg. I'm not presuming to be. And I'm fairly certain every notable director ever has studied these shots for years, as I have. It's nothing new. For me, it's simply an exercise in dissecting it for myself and understanding the shots better. I'm not saying that the shots were necessarily constructed/conceived in the exact way they are deconstructed. I'm just having fun, and sharing for those who are also curious.
