The best way is to put it into the index of the stock market and you let it do its thing for decades. Generally, the stock market returns about 8 to 12% a year. It's been doing it for almost 200 years. The key is not to touch it, to just let it grow. Let it compound. You get capital gains, you get dividends, and they just grow and grow and grow and grow, and the next thing you know, old Jed's a millionaire. That's what investing's all about.

I've been a stay at home dad for 18+ years and it's been the easiest and most rewarding thing I've ever did.. having the opportunity to take care of your kiddos and watch them grow up is the ultimate flex.

They did it! Aalo Atomics is a remarkable company and team that has rocketed from just starting as a company about 2 1/2 years ago here in Austin with the goal of changing the energy world to proving their new Aalo-X Critical Test Reactor can safely go critical and demonstrate sustained and controlled nuclear fission! And, they did it in the 4th of July! What a way to celebrate! I was fortunate to be there and see the team working at their best! Watch this company closely … I am sure you will hear a lot more about them in the months and years to come! Congrats!

I’d you cut the top of a pineapple off, plant it into dirt, after about 2 years you’ll have grown a pineapple Major food brands in America are starting to remove the tops of pineapples so you can’t do this and grow your own. If they have a patent on the pineapple, they’ll remove the top so you can’t grow it at home It should take about 30 months to have full grown pineapples We should not be allowing companies to engineer and patent food

Draymond Green says players should be required to stay in college for 2 years before entering the NBA “I don’t think there should be one-and-done. I think what you’re teaching kids with the one-and-done rule is to go to a place for five months, be one foot in, one foot out, and then go on your way” “You’re in college for two years, and you’re committed to something for two years. A team commits to you for two years. If you’re a first round pick, you get two guaranteed years, and then there’s team options. I think it aligns with the two year thing” “You’re making a two year commitment. They’re making a two year commitment to you. It familiarizes the college student with NBA rules right away when you talk about a two year commitment. What you can do, what you need to do over the course of two years” “I would change that. The one-and-done thing has never quite been right. You get people on a campus for five or six months, they’re one foot in, they’re one foot out. I just don’t think it’s a recipe for success”

This is from Beit Hanoun today. I’m getting mad day after day. How many times did you watch a video like this? Why is it now stopping? Is it ok with every one of you here in the US and Europe to be expelled from your home and then even be expelled from the shelter where you were staying? And also and more to have lost family member? Explain to me why this is not stopping? Why the aggressor is not stopped and punished? Occupation for 76 years and still doing it and people watching and victims documenting. Why?!?!?!?

“A really good manager's job is build a really good team and eventually get replaced. You owe it to every single person in your company to make sure the best person is in the right role at any given time. If we were complacent and said, "You're a VP because you've been here 10 years, the person underneath who's been here two years, that is much better, that we're not getting into that VP role, is going to leave. That person is going to leave and start their own business. I don't want to lose the best talent. I want, at any given moment, the best talent in the most important roles. So we always do that trade. And if you don't do that trade it's really depressing because you end up with these really long-tenured people who end up in all these really important seats, but all your fresh blood is churning despite having more upside. You could've given them room to grow.”

Not very impressed with Ghost of Yōtei🚀 It’s just more of the same thing when it could’ve been a direct sequel to Tsushima where you grow with Jin. This feels detached, without bringing anything new. I’ll still get it for the world/gameplay loop🥺

Maxx Crosby (Maxx Crosby) shares the framework that changed how he approaches his career and his life. "One of the greatest coaches I've ever been around is Rob Marinelli and Rich Bisaccia. They helped me grow as a person and as a player probably more than anybody I've ever been around in the NFL." They taught him the microscope and the telescope. "The microscope is the day-to-day. That's the most important. Over 90% of the time, you're focused on the microscope." "The telescope is the future - 2 to 3 years from now. What's your ultimate goal? What do you see yourself becoming? How am I gonna get to that point?" "You just peek at that from time to time. You think about it at night a little bit, you think about it in the morning, think about it after a workout. Like, 'That's why I did that. That's why I push myself 'cause I'm getting to that.'" "But majority of the time, I'm in the microscope." The telescope gives you direction. The microscope gives you progress. Then he connected it to something deeper: "That's another big thing I learned in sobriety. It's cliché, but at the end of the day, it's how I live my life. One day at a time. All that matters is being here and being where my feet are." "I'm not worried about the future. I'm not worried about the past. I'm just worried about right now." Don't get caught up in the past or worry about the future because the present moment is the only place where we can truly make a difference. "I've learned and realized that I can be so much more productive just by being present instead of worrying about, 'Oh shit, where do I go next?' Just be where you're at." 90% microscope. 10% telescope. It comes down to focus and where we focus that energy. (🎥 Ultimate Human Podcast with Gary Brecka)

Good morning and happy Tuesday you lovely people! I hope you and your families all had a wonderful Christmas and like me, enjoyed the time relaxing with family. We are back to work today and another busy day, platters will be available in a few hours for you new years party’s at “The Lairy Lobster” - I know it’s been a tough year for a lot of people but let’s finish it on a high. Let’s keep on going and never forget how strong you actually are. Don’t wait until the new years to set your goals. Do them now. Tough times don’t last but tough people do, keep putting one foot in front of the over and always believe in yourself. You can do it; it might take a week a month a year, but you will get there!! Now have a wonderful day and catch me on the tele tonight to watch the second half of the celebrity apprentice. Big love as always. Bosh❤️

When a senior actor was asked to give advise to the young actors who want to break through and grow, he said, "The journey to breakthrough is long, but every steps count" Did it struck right to your heart that made you teary eyed? 🥺 Xiaolin, the journey you went have all bear fruit 💚 Those times when it's only you who knows what you had experience. It carries a deep feeling. I can't wait to see you shine even more in the following years. I will always be proud of you. May you always reach whatever you want to reach. We will always watch and witness you grow ✨

Since timezones and such... I'm gonna say it now HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! And now, here's a video and a wall of text... ⬇️ Thanks to ALL OF YOU... It's been one of the best years in my life, not only I acomplished a lot of dreams, but also met wonderful people. I cannot believe how far I got, but that wouldn't have been possible without all your support... Went to Japan and even saw the snow for the first time in my life at the same time while visiting lot of MH places! I went to Gamescom and could both the MH directors and part of the community Went to Japan a SECOND time but invited for a Monster Hunter game, and got to met another MH director! I went from 2k followers to almost 7k followers, which for me, it's AMAZING and cannot thank you all enough, seriously Whenever I felt down, I just had to go an read all your replies, your DM's, the amount of love and laughs you all gave me cannot be quantified, you might underestimate my words but trust me, it helped me so much and I felt so close to a lot of the people The more I think of it, the more happy I am... Monster Hunter is a big part of my life and will always be! Hope you all can keep trusting me and my content, and I cannot imagine 2025 being better but sure hope so! I tried to put as much names on the video as I could, but there's a point one has to stop because otherwise I would end up with 20hours video haha If your name is not there, it's probably that reason alone There's also a possibility the auto-corrector rewrote some name wrong and I didn't notice it, sorry again! Thanks if you have read until here and even more, if you have watched the video. Thanks for everything, I'm almost crying just writting down this🥺
