Ok let me explain, apparently the reason why the organ sounds so funny is because in the HD collection they fucked up the midi which makes the sound cut off, the result is that the organ notes don't fade into each other like you would normally expect

The organ notes get cut off in the HD version for some reason, there's supposed to be more echo and reverb so go listen to it on PS2, it's way better lol
