Most women would never choose to marry a person with good communication skills, sensitivity & emotional intelligence with low income. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors took a first vote Tuesday to ban law enforcement from wearing masks. A second vote is needed and will happen December 9. If approved, it would ban local, state, and federal law enforcement from wearing masks in LA. Supremacy Clause of the Constitution says otherwise, as far as federal law enforcement is concerned.
