Yeaah with Kartel.ai and Jesse Wellens ! So training Lora for character on Flux and also for Wan 2.1 14B ( using dataset video ) make a Huge difference. So here you are seeing a volumetric capture of Jesse Wellens that we did in at the spatial studio of Kartel.ai We use a a World Labs gaussian splatting to create a simple environment that we put with the volumetric capture in our own webgl viewer ( out soon for everyone ). After that, We use after this output in a ComfyUI workflow with Wan Fun control ( a bit similar Vace but its working for Wan 14B) with the double loras , the first to generate the first frame with flux, and the second one to guide the generation of Wan 2.1 Control. So we keep very good consistency of character and position, and creating amazing worlds :) ! Hope you will find it cool !

day 23 of forking Paperclip today i added knowledge bases for projects and you company. based on Andrej Karpathy idea below. added a 'system chores' and 'agent chores' to manage memory. after each heartbeat run memories get added ('agent chores') and every 4 hours memeries get managed. This is in a db with an API for all agents to use and is seperated form the agents memeroes which they get at instantiation time.

During this time, America somehow managed to capture Venezuela’s president in his own house and put him in prison with P. Diddy. I’m not a politic and don’t want to share my opinion on this situation. But somehow, $BTC and the crypto market started going up right after this happened. This time, it doesn’t look like the manipulations we saw after 10/10/2025. Wars used to be bearish before. This actually means a lot. Let that sink in.

We finally pulled the plug on per day pricing. It had to be done. The problem with per day pricing is it always creates winners and losers. - If we’re on site for 8 hours and don’t quite finish, we feel obligated to work extra to get it done. We lose. - If we finish a project in 5 hours and the customer paid for 8, they feel like they lost. It’s a simple system to start with. Customers understand it, it’s easy to quote, but it’s not scalable. It relies too much on experience and too much back and forth. So we switched to project based pricing. Now we’ve got 3 tiers of brush density and 3 tiers of terrain. Tier 1 is easy, Tier 3 is tough. Pricing scales per quarter acre, with volume discounts on larger jobs. It seems more complex on paper, but in reality it’s repeatable, reliable, and something we can train any new hire to do. We calculate the project, send the estimate, and that’s it. No more “estimated days” language. No more winners and losers. We’re much happier with this system.

Florrie Bark was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer when she was just five, and had to have two years of aggressive treatment. She still needs constant medical care, and is on the waiting list for a lung transplant, but no matter what she's going through, Florrie keeps smiling and spreading joy everywhere she goes with her motto, "Be More Fab". The Munich Security Conference started with the Navalny's death (or just Navalny happened to die exactly on the day of the beginning of the MSC). 2. Yulia Navalnaya whom the US State Department started calling a widow since 2021, found herself in Munich on the day of her husband's death and on the first day of the MSC with a fully ready-made speech dedicated to Navalny's death. As our Royal Ascot journey comes to an end, a huge thank you to everyone who helped get Joliestar there. It’s been a massive team effort with months of planning, and we’re incredibly grateful to all those who played a part. Thank you to Sir Brendan and Lady Jo of Cambridge Stud for allowing us to bring her to the UK, Nick Smith and the Ascot team for their wonderful hospitality, Charlie Hills for welcoming us into his stable, and James McDonald for his support throughout the journey. And finally, thank you to Joliestar. We dared to dream, gave it everything, and while it wasn’t to be, we couldn’t be prouder of her. She represented us all with distinction on one of racing’s biggest stages.

Wrapping up our quick trip to London. Today over to Dover Castle and the iconic Cliffs of Dover. Yesterday, a visit to Harrods for the perfect latte and to gawk at ridiculous prices. Finally, dinner with 21 tonight before saying goodbye to him for a few more weeks before he returns home. Tomorrow, we trek back to the States. Focusing on what’s right in front of me these past few days has been good for the soul..

“Now I’ve learned about his dad and his uncles and his cousins…and it’s all not looking good.” This is hilarious to me because Candace’s father—whatever other sins he may have committed on top—kicked her out of the house when she was younger than 14. And 5 of her 9 uncles have been incarcerated, as have many of her cousins. That’s all according to her own words. So…are we judging individuals based off their fathers and uncles and cousins? That’s not a road Candace wants to walk down because she has no leg to stand on.

It’s been a couple of days since our last update on Payton’s recovery from pneumonia and cleft palate surgery. Long story short, it hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows. She’s required oxygen - finally got off of that today - and has started crying finally. Before this surgery, she cried twice in her entire life, so that’s been very difficult for us to see because it means something is wrong and upsetting her. She’s required one of us to be by her 24/7 as she’s needed suctioning CONSTANTLY with all the junk coming up and the drool, along with her frequent puking and bowel movements. The antibiotic is absolutely helping with the pneumonia, but it’s destroying her little digestive system. Please be praying that her stomach starts to not upset her as much and she can give her body a bit of rest. The plus side is that she has started sleeping like a champ at night. Previously, if we could get six straight hours of sleep, we viewed that as a really good night. The past several nights, she’s gotten eight or more straight hours to the point where our night nurses have been slightly concerned. 😂 We seem to be turning a corner though, thankfully. We’re hoping that after taking five steps back with this surgery that we can now begin the road forward to taking 20 steps with speech, eating, etc. that comes with a closed palate. And we’re still finding moments of joy like this in the midst of the toughest two weeks we can ever remember. Thank you to everyone who keeps checking in on us, bringing us meals, and praying for us. We appreciate it more than you know.

Turn your sound on. That rumble is Kaikai saying good morning to her favourite people: her Keepers! Seven months ago, she arrived at Kaluku as a fragile newborn. Incredibly vulnerable to the elements, we would place a cosy blanket on her back when she left her stable each morning to keep her warm and ward off the chill. Today, stronger and chubbier, she has no need for a blanket – although she still spends her nights resting her head on a soft bed of hay. Meet Kaikai:
